“Best tow service, Nikolas is a very helpful, honest and caring person. He does not only care about your vehicle he also cares about his customers. He helped me big time when i was stuck in the middle of the night and couldn't get another tow. He went out of his way to even give me a ride back home even though it was not near the area he picked me up and dropped my broken down car to. He offered me snacks and heat and a blanket as I was out in the cold for hours before I found his tow service. He was not about to leave somebody stranded in the cold in the middle of the night, with no one else to help them. He is very very kind and the most respectable tow truck driver I have ever dealt with, there is no reason to not trust him when you are broken down.”

“Amazing customer service and efficiency! I was stranded on the side of the road with a broke down car. Went through my insurances “roadside assistance”. After sitting for 3 hours and being lied to by the insurance company I decided to call my own tow. I found BTS had great reviews, and those reviews accurately reflect their service.
I was in a unique spot on the road and they were able to locate me with ease. The truck quickly arrived on the scene. They efficiently towed my car to where it needed to go. They were extremely friendly and accommodating.

“After an hour long commute from midtown Manhattan, I got that dreaded low tire pressure warning just as I was exiting the Lincoln Tunnel. I was tired, stressed, overwhelmed and alone. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”
“I had the absolute BEST experience with this company. I got a flat on the interstate and the roadside assistance provided by my car Insurance lied and said they couldn't tow where I was located (wasting 2 hrs of my time). I then called Pompton, and within 25 minutes, Walter pulled up in a new, clean and comfortable tow truck and got my car loaded up. Walter took the time to understand my situation and provided me with a few options to ensure I was back on the road and home that night. Ended up towing me back to the shop where the owner Mike and additional employees patched my flat and got me back on the road in less than an hour from pick-up. “I can’t thank Mountain Auto Body and DJ enough for their outstanding work. I was in the process of returning my Tesla lease and, after completing the self-inspection through the Tesla app, was quoted nearly $4,000 for excess wear and tear. I’ve leased many vehicles over the years and have never seen anything close to that, every little detail was being flagged, which felt excessive.
I decided to get a second opinion and brought my car to Mountain Auto Body. DJ quickly assessed the situation and reassured me that the damage was nowhere near what Tesla had quoted. He took photos and, within just a few hours, provided me with an estimate that was about half the cost, much more reasonable and fair.
I moved forward with the repairs, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The turnaround time was about a week, and the quality of work was excellent. You truly couldn’t tell there had been any damage at all.
