Both owners accommodated me in scheduling and installing my hitch in an efficient and pleasant manner. I've been to quite a few U-Haul facilities in my life, and this one was by far the most complete and well-managed. Truck had 150k miles. The alignment seemed to be off (pulling right). Was a bit concerned going on highway but tried to go slow.
