My employees gave me a generous gift card in December 2024, and I was looking for the email to redeem the certificate for some last-minute Christmas gifts this week. I couldn't find the email with the gift card link anyplace, and Kris was able to locate the gift card in her system and re-issue to me within an hour of my phone call. It could have been so easy to tell me I was out of luck for the lost card....but she went above and beyond in a busy season to help me. This type of service is why I shop local! “As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”

“I had to ask for help finding an item. The staff member was a bit rude at first but I think they way I handled it by not reacting and still giving respect changed his attitude. At the end he looked up my item in the computer and went as far as walking me to it, asked if I needed a cart, etc. At the end all turned out great. I left with all my item and a smile. Yes I would return as the place is clean and they have most things in stock.”
