“I have to say this is the best USPS store I have ever visited! Here is what happened to me at end of year 2020: I had a crucial bundle of documents to mail to along with a self-expense mail, I felt anxious before visiting the store, the lady who showed up at 8 AM on time helped me patiently through the end, she is professional and informative, step by step walked me through, and today I received my mail back with renewed document! “They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”

“In all the chaos the Coronavirus has created, the Pompton Plains Postal worker who attempted to answer my phone questions patiently tried to help me despite a long line at the counter. I inadvertently discarded a tracking number to a pkg I had mailed and was seeking his assistance to track the location of the pkg. Without the tracking number, there wasn't anything he could do to help me, but he was extremely patient and kind on the phone.”
“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”
“The people that work here are so nice , patient and helpful. However, the parking is the worst. Not sure why the cafe next store is still allowed to block off two spots for pick up. Its a county road I wonder how that is ok? I'm sure the dog groomer would love her own blocked off spots for drop off and pick up too. Covid is still here but the pick up panic is over.”

“I went to this location today and omg we received an outstanding service. The US postal worker covering the service lobby desk helped us with 5 applications even made copies for us. I was nervous at first thinking i would get the same service as in Lincoln Park where the employees are very rude, not helping you and sending you back. “Judy is the only saving grace of this place. I only bring my packages here when she is on duty. She is fast, organized and knows her stuff. Unfortunately you can tell she is overworked and under appreciated. Last week she was on vacation and the whole place fell apart. The whole town was talking about it. I realize nowadays it’s hard to find people with a good work ethic but maybe they should reward people like Judy who work harder than what is required of them.”

“Typically, any trip to the post office is associated with a groan, procrastination, then a period of denial. My wife and I couldn't put it off any longer. Holiday gifts had to go and we're in a pandemic. Our local post office was out of the question so we thought, try a new place.So glad we drove to the Park Ave., USPS. Erik was the clerk and he was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Took the time to advise us on our packages and delivery options and we in no way felt rushed. It was hard to imagine we were in a United States Post Office. Haven't had an experience like that in decades.Parking is fairly easy, lines were not very long despite holiday season rush on a Saturday morning. Also, there is disabled parking (which I utilized), directly in front as well as wheelchair ramp access for those who require it.Stay safe and be well...”
