“We needed to send a package and Joe was so helpful. We are from the Netherlands and we have never seen such a beautiful vintage postbox wall. Just that is already worth a visit, but so is friendly Joe!”
“first time i encounter a super nice usps clerk who doesn't seem like they hate their life lol. the lady was absolutely wonderful and extremely nice and she even complimented me. best USPS office I've ever been to so far”
“I absolutely love the Glen Ridge Post Office! Every time I come in, the service is incredibly swift and efficient. The staff — especially the young woman working there — is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It's refreshing to experience such great energy and professionalism!
Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for fast, friendly, and efficient postal service! ✨?”
“Came in here after another post office refuse to take me because it's Saturday, met Charles he is exceptional ?, professional and helping. 15 minutes i was done. Kudos ? Charles”
“This is the best post office ever! We are so lucky to have this amazing post office in our town! Bindu and Ferdi are such dedicated, hard working postal workers who really care about helping the customers. I always go here for all of my mailing needs and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!”
“This is the only bicycle parking next to the building for the Post Office. No Bike Rack. However, the friendly and excellent Service help make up for the inconvenience.”
“Fantastic staff, always knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I’ve been coming here for years and I go out of my way to use this post office because of the excellent employees and quick service. Small, hometown feel in the middle of Morris county”
“My bad for not getting the name of the super helpful woman who works there. I was there at approx 2:30 in the afternoon. She obviously takes pride in her work and treats people with respect, as if she were the owner of that business. At times over the years when I impressed a customer with hard work and respect, they have said "where did you find HIM?", meant in a complimentary way. Hey USPS, where did you find HER!?”
“I dont know why everybody rages on the USPS!
Tim at the Riverdale branch is always nice and helpful answering questions.
The postal service is actually my favorite branch in the Federal government. You should feel lucky you can mail a letter across the country for only 73 cents. If it were Fedex or UPS it would be $5.00. Super efficient.”

“Today we visited the USPS post office; there had been an issue with my address, as we recently moved to Denville. My husband and I went there seeking assistance with a problem we were experiencing—and they certainly did help us! The young woman who assisted us was a very kind and patient person, providing excellent customer service. Thank you so much; the service was truly outstanding. If I could give a thousand stars for such great service, I would.”
“It’s always a good experience here she is always very helpful and polite. Totally the opposite from the main post office at Pompton Plains crossroad Wayne. Where they are rude.”

“I called Montville post office today for a question that I know was a shot in the dark. The gentleman that answered the phone went above and beyond
I cannot say how impressed I am with the level of service. Kudos keep it up the postal service needs more like you.”

“Chris is, hands down, the best USPS employee in all of America! His exceptional customer service and unwavering dedication make every interaction a breeze. He’s always prompt, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. It’s clear he truly cares about his job and the people he serves. Chris’s kindness and attention to detail set him apart — he’s a true gem in the postal service world. If you’re ever fortunate enough to work with him, you’ll quickly see why he’s a standout star. Awesome guy through and through!”
“The Cedar Grove post office is one of the best run ones around. During my most recent visit, the service was prompt, courteous and professional; the clerk (I don't know his name) is very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Typically, any trip to the post office is associated with a groan, procrastination, then a period of denial. My wife and I couldn't put it off any longer. Holiday gifts had to go and we're in a pandemic. Our local post office was out of the question so we thought, try a new place. So glad we drove to the Park Ave., USPS. Erik was the clerk and he was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Took the time to advise us on our packages and delivery options and we in no way felt rushed. It was hard to imagine we were in a United States Post Office. Haven't had an experience like that in decades.Parking is fairly easy, lines were not very long despite holiday season rush on a Saturday morning. Also, there is disabled parking (which I utilized), directly in front as well as wheelchair ramp access for those who require it.Stay safe and be well...”
“Best post office I've ever been to. They have the supplies that smaller branches don't (like poster boxes). And the staff is extremely helpful. They even offer to use their tape - something that is generally taboo at USPS”
“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”

“I find the different experiences amazing, running the gamut as they do. I have never had a problem there. People complaining about the parking? That's a Montclair issue, not a PO issue. I'm actually surprised the place is still open, given the other two locations, and just have to accept the limitations regarding closing (are the workers not entitled to a lunch break?) and other slight inconveniences.”
“My wife went to the post office to get both of our kids their first passports. They received amazing service, and were in and out within 30 minutes. The staff is incredibly pleasant and efficient, and took the time to patiently explain everything. We live in town, so we know how great this post office is, but if you need a passport, it’s worth the drive to get one here.”

“went in for dropoff on monday at 3:35, super quick and easy. The employee greeted me, assisted me super fast and told me to have a great day. super simple interaction. So refreshing to go to a usps and actually have good service!! shoutout to that employee. didn’t get his name but fax to mention him.”
“The best & most courteous post office I have been to. The tellers are always pleasant and helpful. However, I wish there were more people working at times when the lines are long.”
“I had a great experience here when I came. The man working the desk was alone, but efficient. He helped me deciding which package /envelope was the best for delivering my specific item. He was very patient after we filled out some information incorrectly and let me stand off to the side while he took the next customer in line (vs making me go back to the line) so he could take me as soon as I was done. His communication was compassionate and professional. Idk why there are so many bad reviews but I'm assuming it's not typical for people to leave good reviews when everything is fine but rather people definitely jump the gun as soon as one little thing goes wrong. So I'm here to say, I didn't see or experience any of this and hope more customers leave positive reviews of their true experience. I'll definitely be back. I'm also grateful they are open until 5pm vs other nearby locations. Yes there was a small line forming but that's because it was near their closing time and all other USPS locations already closed for the day. The line moved quickly. I think people just have 0 patience these days.”
“They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”

“Only one lady at the window. I never had a problem with my mail she's very pleasant. Even though I live in Orange I always go there it's quick fast checkout. I ship all over so never had a problem my packages always reach there destination on time. Love it!!!”
“I’ve never written a review for a post office, but I feel like they deserve the recognition! The employees at this location are wonderful. They go above and beyond and they are always kind and helpful. I lost a receipt a few weeks ago, and they took the time to retrieve it for me without hesitation. I always get the best service in this little spot. Thank you!!”
