Honestly horrible practice, didn’t seem at all concerned enough with my issues to properly handle my requests and the customer service representative lied to me upon asking for her manager and told me she was the manager. Rude etiquette, unprofessional attitude and overall no help at all. Stay far away.

I called regarding an issue with an LG refrigerator. I have a home warranty that has a "reimbursement" option for when the home warranty company can't find a service rep. This company was completely unwilling to do the one thing the warranty company requires in order to process the claim, which is submit some photos to a website. It was frustrating to learn that they weren't willing to take a few extra minutes to help with the process. I chose not to go with them.

My experience has nothing been but amazing with the company. From speaking with the receptionist to working with their tech, Alex, I have not had anything but positive things to say about them. They were so attentive with our needs, professional and extremely caring. It's so refreshing to see people go above and beyond in providing a great service.

First, making an appt was absolutely frustrating. The person (woman) who makes the appts asked more useless questions and drove me nuts. In any event we finally arranged for a service call. Their initial service call was $179. The tech arrived and diagnosed the problem as a defective ice maker, which needed replacement. We consented and he left with our understanding that the ice maker would be ordered. Ten (10) days later we get a call from the same woman who made the original appt. She informed us that we needed to send a check for the part. Here we thought it was on order, only to find out 10 full days later, that it wasn't. Rather than mail a check and wait any longer we asked to place the charge on a credit card. She then informed us that their was a 6% fee for credit card charges- an absurd amount. Most companies have no fee for credit card use. At that point I decided to eat the $179 service call fee and contacted a different company. The alternate company charged $129 for service calls, $50 less. The alternate tech arrives, tightens the filter and guess what- yep, we got ice. How do they stay in business?

Wish I could give ZERO stars.I contacted LG customer service regarding an OE error on my dishwasher, which was backing up with water and extremely slow draining. LG recommended that I call local service provider Appliances and Electronics aka American Unlimited Electronics aka Ewing Repair. After setting up an appointment, it was difficult to find out the service window, as they call between 4:45-5:00pm and close at 5:00pm. Once the service tech Alex came (2/03), he was late but courteous. But, he did not speak good English. I had a very hard time understanding him, especially under his mask. The language barrier created a communication barrier. He reset my computer but noted that the extension hose, although functioning, would need to be replaced down the road. He ran the dishwasher for about 5 minutes and said it was repaired. I paid $97.32 for this "service."Since I'm selling my house, I did not want to jinx anything and did not use the dishwasher after he left. When the buyers' home inspector came three weeks later (2/23), they ran the dishwasher and reported an OE error, leaking, and the fact that the dishwasher wouldn't turn off.I tried turning off the dishwasher and nothing worked. I finally had to flip the circuit breaker as a temporary fix. I called Appliances and Electronics/American Unlimited Electronics and reported the problem. I asked if someone could at least come out to turn the dishwasher off. The receptionist Nikki, was extremely rude and said that I would be charged an additional fee since I didn't have the extension hose replaced and there was no way to prove that I didn't use the dishwasher since the last service. I noted that the tech told me that the hose was still functional and did not need to be immediately replaced. The receptionist continued to be rude and hostile. I asked if she could simply send someone out to turn off the dishwasher, not even fix it, and she noted that there would be a charge. I filed a formal complaint with LG and they are investigating given the number of poor reviews and complaints against this business. I have also filed a complaint with BBB.

Worst I've ever had. Warranty company from Best Buy so no choice. Water from refrig. Destroyed hardwood floor and he says NO leak. He refused to stay for 10 min. to see it leaking. Large puddle within 30 min. Called back and never answered phone or returned call. Called warranty company to send another repair service. Stay -a-way from them. See google and yelp reviews 1.3 stars.

Terrible company, they should be out of business and not wasting customers' money and time waiting for hours on the phone. Unqualified stuff, receptionist refused to talk when call again and put on hold for over an hour, even they don't have any customers. I do not recommend them to anyone!

Really bad customer service - came to my house to fix my washing machine and said they couldn’t do it because washing machine was against the wall - isn’t that where washing machines are supposed to be?? Also when I said I was calling the office, the guy just left - no report. As someone else said, the guy ran out of my house.Update: I was given a call to reschedule. I asked for a report when they come, and the lady told me they will not come and told me to find another provider. They then hung up

This was the worst repair experience I've ever had in my life. Our new Bosch dishwasher is leaking into our basement whenever it drains. Bosch sent a technician from Ewing Appliances and Electronics Repair (aka American Unlimited Electronics) to fix it under warranty. When he came to our house, he tried it, and as expected, it leaked into our basement. However, he then tried claiming it was our sink, not the dishwasher, and he refused to look more closely at the dishwasher. However, we have been using our sink for weeks (since our dishwasher was broken), and we haven't had a single drop of water. While he was here, we turned it on for him, opening it at full blast. Not a single drop of water into our basement came. He still insisted it was the sink, even though it was completely dry. At this point I started recording this video, because it was getting ridiculous: At the beginning of the video, you can see him claiming it's a problem with the sink. However the sink is on, and I show no leak downstairs. He then immediately leaves still claiming it's the sink. I then turn the dishwasher on a rinse cycle, and after a couple minutes, I literally record water pouring out of the dishwasher, and into our basement.

The repairman who came out was fine. He looked at the dishwasher, confirmed the parts needed to correct the issue, and told me the process and wait time with the parts and my home warranty company. The problem was the woman in the office who set up the appointment. When I gave her my address, which did not have a unit or apartment number, she asked if it was a house and I said yes. She then asked if there was parking, I said on the street, there's no driveway. She asked where the street parking was, that he will not walk with a heavy tool box, and that I need to guarantee there is parking. She asked me again if it was an apartment. She spent 20 minutes asking questions about parking. I explained it's street parking, this is not a city, its a little town, there's no issues, he'll probably park right in front. There's also a public lot that is 100 feet away that he can also park in. The conversation was absolutely absurd, I wish I recorded it. My head hurt after dealing with all the idiotic questions she asked about parking. If it wasn't through my home warranty I would've cancelled my appointment right then. She treated me like I was a j*** and being out of line, but I was so irritated by here repetitive questions that seemed like she heard the frustration in my voice and tried to escalate the situation in a passive aggressive manner.

I brought my vintage cassette deck in for repair and they did a very good job. It works as good as new now and the repair didn't take forever. Only 4 stars since it was a little more expensive than I expected, but i would use them again.

You know there are times when you can tell the level of service you will receive just by calling the business and asking some basic questions. I can clearly understand why this business has an average 1 star rating. The lady who answered the phone clearly doesn't like her job and did absolutely nothing to make me feel as if my potential business with them was a priority.

I give them absolutely NO stars. This company totally sucks! I was told they are experts at determining factory defects, when I asked the tech how, he said (and I quote) "I take picture and leave, I no expert." ANd that is all he did, they had on receipt, before he even got there that it was not factory defect. He didn't even touch my stove other than taking a picture of model and serial number, total time at my house maybe 4 minutes. Don't waste your time or money!
