Sometimes people can have a bad day. That's what I thought when I left the store on South Broad St today, December 24th. I entered this wet site to send a reflective message about our state of mind. Only with the purpose of encouraging, but I could notice that this store has more negative comments than positive ones.. and with my negative experience when buying today in the store I can I should also say that I received bad service. I recently bought a car and I don't have much knowledge about its care and I asked a cashier to advise me with something to remove the bad smell but her attitude was very bad. I kept wandering around the store just trying to get something to take and took a The air freshener only cost $3.09. I was able to bring other things but I didn't have any help from the store's salespeople and I was heartbroken because I didn't know what to bring. I went to pay for the air freshener and the cashier was very hateful, unkind, the same one I asked for help. .and the store was literally empty. Maybe 3 customers. Three cashiers, and the one who served me with poor knowledge of the meaning of sales and customer service, I think I interrupted her on her phone. I'm sorry about that! I hope she just had a bad day...because I live nearby and it might be my favorite store, I hope I'm not treated the same next time...I hope she solved the problems that day...but as a reflection :1 I don't want to judge your day.2 the store owners work on improving customer service because those of us who had poor service are citizens who deserve respect as buyers since we are going to spend hard-earned money. thank you

Felt bad for the district manager he had 3 no shows and was alone. There was a very helpful mechanic doing quicky jobs ie battery changes, modis scanning etc in the parking lot named Sameer super happy with him. I can't really give a review because employees called out. They had the items I needed in stock.

I went with my husband to look for a piece that he ordered online, there was a man attending who looked clearly drugged and was on a trip on the computer and did not know how to search so that we could sign what we bought and his coworker did not want us help by wanting to call the next person in line, knowing that he didn't know what he was doing and with a bad attitude, she told us that we should wait, we told her, forget it, I'll cancel the order and the boy spoke badly to us and crashed the piece that we went to look for, badly. customer service this just happened at about 7 pm shift

The staff at store #2742 appear to be unwilling to assist customers, claiming that it is not their responsibility to provide help. One female employee, who exhibited erratic behavior, began to use offensive language towards me. When I inquired about her issue with me, a male employee intervened, insisting that I vacate the premises. He threatened to physically confront me if I did not comply, all in the presence of my child. Consequently, I departed, feeling unjustly banned from the store without any valid reason.

Please save yourself the time and stress and go to the other Autozone up Broad St. This location it’s disgusting from the moment you pull up. Staff are on the moon high as ever, not even able to hold a conversation.

South broad street Trenton New Jersey what a joke of a auto zone the workers are stone to the max customer service is a joke and at the checkout they fall asleep in front of you what in the hell is going on… what poor service and filth of a store disgusting.. I am going back and I am taking a video and put it out there so everyone sees… what a joke

Made an online order for spark plugs, that are in stock at 8:30 in the morning to be picked up in store. After 8 hours still no order to pick up. Not a reliable place to buy parts!
