I thought my experience was bad but after reading some of these reviews it made my day better. Listen folks it’s New Jerseys Liberal trash that has business in shambles. That’s why everyone is pissed off in these comments. Definitely need to open up more branches

Lil, the Branch Leader, helped me open an account. She was very knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. Highly recommended her!

After having 4 days of back and forth with Truist Bank about getting a permission to ship letter, I refinanced through PenFed and received a check to refinance my car. I came to the Trenton Branch to hand deliver the check, rather than mail it in because I have no faith in Truist to get things done on a timely fashion.Daniel Holstein, a disheveled looking employee sitting behind his desk told me "wanna leave this with me? I can't get to it today." This man wanted me to just leave a 37k check with him so that he can get to it when he is free tomorrow. I replied no, and refused to leave until the transaction was taken care of.A female employee by the name if Jewel, maybe the only professional who works at this bank, took it upon herself to process the check and pay off my loan. If she was not there, I would have been waiting for a very long time.I refuse to believe Truist is a real bank. The majority of the employees are absolutely clueless. if you value your money and time, please take your business to a real bank, not these clown.

I’ve only had ONE smooth transaction at this location. They’re extremely slow and I hate when I have to step foot in here.

Very good attention, is a small branch I suggest book an appointment. I was treated very well by Saritha and she was very kind at all times in explaining and clearing up all my doubts !!!

After not acknowledging me for 5 minutes at the drive thru I come in to see 1 person working and 2 others there to do nothing. Insane wait time just to get a cashier's check.

This bank has been charging me a monthly fee each month for a ‘return statement’ despite having been in my residence for 30+ years now. The bank is refusing to refund the fee despite there being no wrongdoing on my part claiming there is nothing they can do. The customer service at this location has been terrible and I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I had a great experience during my first visit here since moving from NC. Greg, the bank manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.

One star is too much. Not just this location but all BB&T.This branch never heard of Transfer of Account Upon Death (TOD) which is something they offer to accounts for when someone passes away.I drove over an hour to get resolution on my loved ones account who passed months ago. Provided all necessary paperwork and there was a message from legal there was a levy on the account. This was not correct. There was no follow-up - several calls and emails et al. and nothing. Called main line of BB&T several times, on hold for over an hour at times and no resolution. I have had to call branches out of state to assist. When I finally got someone in North Carolina ( where the account originated from) they claimed they would need me to send documents I have already provided AND they can only provide ONE check with both names on it to the beneficiaries. That is just NOT ALLOWED by any financial institution. You can NOT make a check out with all beneficiaries on ONE CHECK! The funds should be split equally as it states in the TOD. So much running around to get the money owed to us. I have jumped through 1,000 hoops. Time to go to Banking & Insurance Commission on this. Do NOT put your money in this bank.

This bank is always closed, during covid, short staffed and they don't want to hire replacements, so they just close!! I get it, but how can you CONTINUALLY just close for days on end without any notice, then they reopen without any notice. They have no consideration for customers!!!. Did you here PEOPLE ARE OUT OF WORK, so hire some employees and take a covid test!!!!They once said if you need help go to Ewing, sure and waste an hour, my time doesn't matterTaking my money out of here to a more responsible bank like INVESTORS or PNC
