I called to see if they had black and white balloons. They told me they wouldn't check the stock. I will never shop here. One star because I can't leave zero. This place is trash.

They are open when they feel like it. For the past 6 months half the time I go, whether it be in the morning or afternoon, they're closed when they should be open. It's a matter of chance and luck. How is this okay?
