If I could give zero stars I would, horrible experience they don't check the files before giving out information. Then they are all not on the same page. I go on a Saturday morning and I was out in 30 minutes then come back on Monday and I'm there for hours and giving the wrong price.

Rented vehicle from 05/22-05/26 got an additional charge of $ 121.68 due to dropping off vehicle late, final invoice stating I dropped vehicle off at 3:56 pm in fact I dropped my vehicle off in the lock box at 8:45am. And was due at 10 am. Enterprise refusing refund. I will not be renting from enterprise specifically Trenton Mercer location again!

They allow reservations to be made but when you arrive at the site there is no availability despite having what number of cars outside

Do not use the drop box to return keys. I dropped my keys at 3:30pm and then my final invoice charged me an extra day with a timestamp of 9:15pm. Been over a week and still haven’t received a refund after enterprise acknowledged the mistake.

I rented a car from Enterprise in Princeton, expecting a Toyota Corolla, but was initially given a minivan. Then, due to availability issues, a representative named Tyler provided me with a Mitsubishi Mirage. Despite being promised a size-appropriate swap by March 8, 2024, I experienced significant inconvenience and had to exchange the car at another location in Trenton due to its poor condition. Despite taking photos of pre-existing damages, I faced unjust damage claims upon return on April 1, 2024, by Tyler, leading to disputes supported by my insurance. This experience, marked by poor service and unfulfilled promises, resulted in a highly stressful situation. As a resolution, I intend to share my negative review broadly, rating the involved parties, including Enterprise, Tyler in Princeton, and Justin in Trenton, as 0 out of 5 stars.

This Place, They Scam the CRAP Outa You, HOW is a Debit Card Deposit Payment drawn out of your account but Not Logged in their system, but came out of your Account???? Then Them Demanding a duplicate payment by Money Order and taking days to reverse the hold on your Bank Account, THEN them calling you the day AFTER receiving the Money Order, and asking did you pay it... Somebody's hands are in the till... AND I'M STILL waiting for my deposit of $229, although I returned the rental on 02/25/2024.
