They do a hard pull on your credit when trying to test drive certain cars. Extremely shady practice and illegal in some states that should make everyone stay far away from this dealership.

The sales people really make the difference between good and great service. I originally leased my Subaru Ascent 2022 from here that I still drive till this day and I had such a great experience that I recommend my wife go here to lease her Subaru Legacy. Our original sales person was Jake Tansley who is now a manager, but still helped us out to make sure we got everything we want for our cars and fill in any gaps with the leasing process. If you go here ask for Jake and tell them Lawrence sent you for the best service for purchasing a car.

I bought my daughter a 2014 Kia Hybrid Optima at this dealership in the first week of March 2023. The car wasn't inspected and the 2 car salespeople I dealt with said that there shouldn't be any problems. If there was something wrong after just driving it off the lot, they would work with me. It took 4 weeks to get our plates as they forgot to send them to us as promised since we live over an hour away. Once we got the plates we took it for inspection on 4/12/2023 (ASAP). My mechanic from Brower Auto Repair said the back brakes and rotors were shot. When we bought the car it was very cold out so we didn't check the AC. At inspection, Brower said the AC coolant was bone dry and there was a sizable leak. After putting on 150 miles on the car, I received a bill for 1,200.00. I texted my sale rep 8 times on 4/12/2023 starting at 10:39am asking what they will do for us, never received a response back. Then left a message for GM and never heard back. Now we go to 5/15/2023 and my daughter's check the hybrid system goes on. Her car turned off in the middle of a highway. I left a voicemail but never received a response. I have become, obviously irate. I Took the car to Bergey's Kia in Lansdale Pa and they recoded the programming hoping this would fix it. Today my daughters check the hybrid system light went on again and the car stalled on the road go to her high school. If anyone has a good lawyer recommendation that resides in western suburbs of Pa, my family and I would greatly appreciate it. My auto repair guy and Bergey's have documentation and also that the car has hardly been driven.

I purchased a vehicle from here in April of 2023 which I thought I was getting a good price on. Come to find out the vehicle has been in an accident and was not shown to me. They provided me a carfax sheet that shows the vehicle was never in a collision. As of writing this on 8/31/23 there was an accident reported on the vehicle on 2/4/2020. Due to this the value of my car has depreciated by thousands. Very disappointed in the team. Dealt with Kevin (sales manager), Brandon (salesman), and Rich (finance manager)

Purchased a used Legacy from Haldeman for my son. Our salesperson, Lynn L., was great. It was a pleasant and very low-pressure experience which was a relief after working with other salespeople in the past. She also called the next day to check in and make sure everything was still good. I would highly recommend them.

They left a vaping cigarette in my car. On the estimate they gave me, they rounded up all charges wherever possible. They charged me a 'fee' just to look at the car. I had to go to two appointments. They don't care about good service or keeping customers happy, just extracting as much out of each customer as possible. Avoid this place. I was stuck going there, because they were the only ones that had the part I needed.

After speaking with the General Manager (Ken), Subaru decided to reimburse us the cost of the battery jumpstart and the cost of a new battery. Thank you for making this right.

Terrible experience. Wouldn’t do business with them ever again. The car I drove hours to see wasn’t even as advertised. It didn’t have the extra options they claimed it to have. Nothing but headaches with these scammers. They’re even calling me to tell them I owe them money despite paying for the car in full and receiving the title. Worst experience ever

Although the service was great in buying the car, the after affect was not a good one. We are from Wisconsin and were in the process of looking for a used Mini Cooper and trading in our Mini Cooper. I found one at Haldeman Subaru (New Jersey) and worked with a very helpful salesperson named Lynn. She went out of her way to help us make the trade. We drove from Wisconsin to New Jersey with our trade in 2010, 55,000 miles Mini Cooper S. We purchased a 2016 56,000 Mini Cooper Countryman. We left the store with confidence the trade and sale were complete. We proceeded on our way home to Wisconsin. The next morning we were leaving our hotel to head home and the Mini did not start. Being a Saturday, we called our AAA to see what we should do. They sent someone to jump start the Mini. Great, we were on our way home once again. Once we made it home to Wisconsin we started having trouble with the battery. We received check engine light so we called our mechanic to see what was going on. He noted in our bill that the battery needed replacing because the oil cap was not screwed on correctly which resulted in oil all over the engine and battery. The problem was corrected and I submitted the bill to Haldeman Subaru. I contacted Lynn and she was going to discuss with her team. No call back. I called again and submitted a customer service call and issue. No response. I called again and spoke to Jake who never returned my call. I called again and spoke to Jake who never returned my call. I need this resolved and I do not know how to proceed. This is surely not good customer service on their part.

Worst dealership in tri state area bad customer service sold a vehicle to me with a new inspection sticker with tires that were dry rotted and didn't pass inspection in ** now they are rude hang up on me and give me the run around about fixing the problem a week later still haven't heard from them
