I had the best experience with this credit union. The branch was customer friendly. I went here to enquire about auto loans. Trust me when I say this, these people were so helpful. Specially Thomas Coleman, such a genuine and kind hearted person. He briefed us properly. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking out for loans.

We have been with Hamilton Horizons for 5 years. The in branch experience is very customer friendly. The bank tellers are knowledgeable and always nice. If you have any issues, the bankers are extremely helpful and easy to reach. I used their auto financing to buy out my lease and Tom, the lending manager was a delight to work with. Also, they have easily accessible ATMs via AllPoint. You can use an ATM a pretty much any wawa, cvs, quickcheck, riteaid, walgreens and many other locations.

I have been with Hamilton Horizon Federal credit union for many years now. I have several account and have had a few vehicles loans through them. Danielle, Amanda ,Tom, all the bank tellers and employees have always been so helpful, friendly and pleasant to deal with.

The manager Brenda Beihl is belligerent and unprofessional. She acts like she wants to fight the customers. I asked for an update and she started screaming. Please remove her immediately because she is toxic and bringing the morale down. Your company is now ghetto and unprofessional!!

UPDATE:Every time I talk to people at this bank they are demanding and rude. They don’t treat people like they are humans & have no understanding. I thought signing up for this bank was going to be beneficial but it was a huge mistake. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I've been banking here for about 4 years. I have to say that they are the best bank that I ever banked with in my life and I've bank with just about everyone. Staff is very friendly.
