Dr Hamilton and his team were so wonderful to most importantly my pup Coopie but was so supportive and kind to myself, my Mom and his Aunt Susan.He respected my wishes and Coopie was a happy camper until we knew it was his time.
He and his staff were incredibly compassionate afterwards with several handwritten notes.
A terrible experience to go through but to have him and his team be by our side made us comfortable and we enjoyed the time we had with Coop.

Pricey (shocking, but understandable), but fast and friendly service for my baby Tova (18mths). She was a little scared (normal), but didn’t cry or try to run because she felt safe, so that means A LOT to me. Thank you ALL for your assistance today!! - Cristal B.

I gave 4 stars only, because I was once told no one is perfect, always room for improvement. Have gone to this vet clinic/hospital 60 yrs. Have seen many staff, techs & vets through the yrs. & my pets have been treated very well. Hats off to Vet. Mary Moon for all her good care with my pets & her staff, also.
I have seen Vet. Pam Mark with success of additional treatment.

Unfortunately, today we had a TERRIBLE experience. I rarely leave reviews, but this is worth sharing. Our first 2 visits were amazing. Everyone was very professional and kind. Today - our experience with Dr. Judith Passmore was extremely unprofessional and Horrendous. I felt embarrassed, belittled, and disrespected. We took our kitten in for her last vaccine today. We were not told that we would also be paying for an office exam of $89 (because last time we did not). During our last visit, we parked, texted, and staff came out to get our baby and returned her after the vaccines. I only paid for the shots last visit (so I rightly assumed that this was the standard protocol). NO ONE informed us that today would be different. I asked the front desk staff about the protocol because we are new patients with this practice. As I was doing so, Dr. Passmore came out of the back office & began speaking to me as if I wasn't inquiring about the policy. Her entire demeanor was very unpleasant, nasty, and rude. She spoke loud, did not allow me to talk, used excessive hand movements, and walked away as I attempted to respond and shut the door. I HATE to use the race card..... But as I explained to *Melinda, the aid with long blonde hair (who was absolutely amazing, very professional, attentive, and reassuring), if the shoe were on the other foot and I acted the exact same way as Dr. Passmore, the practice would have called the Hamilton Township Police Department. NOTE: We would still be patients with Hamilton Veterinary Hospital if it were not for our horrible and embarrassing experience with Dr. Passmore. *** This review is not to discourage anyone from visiting this practice. *** This review is in an effort to bring awareness of my experience and in the hope that management will address this issue with the Dr. Hopefully, no one else will have the same experience that I did.
P.S. I'm also a disabled veteran. No matter a person's rank or title, people should be allowed to ask questions or agree to disagree without someone becoming rambunctious. I'm very thankful that I chose to stay professional and aware enough to stay calm.
