This place is great. They honored price matching for a refrigerator that was on sale for Labor Day weekend offer at Home Depot. The delivery was also relatively easy breezy.

Been to Home things4U a few times but when they moved to olden Ave and placed Rodney at the front desk to help us customers, made such a big difference. Now you can call and actually have someone pick up or return your calls. Rodney has been the most helpful person. When he doesn’t have the answers he research and if it’s not at the store then he checks online inventory or the other store. Great guy all together 5 Stars

Its so much easier to write "bad" reviews but why not take the time out and write about the great customer service you receive, when people do go the extra mile. I normally don't write reviews because most customers don't read them. I want to thank the older gentleman (I can't remember his name) that sold my wife and I our appliances a few weeks ago.

I bought over 4 applicances from this company over 3 years. I will never be a customer of theirs again. I called last week for a repair visit and to see if we needed a new dryer and the lady said they would send someone out. As previous negative posters explained, you will either never hear anything back or when she answers the phone be very rude. It’s a shame, I work with many landlords that make this a go to place for apartment and household furniture and I will be sending emails out about their poor customer service and attach other local vendors. If a company simply cannot have decent customer service then just become non-existence because numerous negative reviews didn’t do the company any good. Awful. Their appliances last on average about 6-9 months and magically stop working. I thought it was just a coincidence but apparently not.

I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION TO CHOOSE "NO STARS".This company has been nothing but a pain to deal with. To make a long story very very short, we brought a scratch and dent Whirlpool French door refrigerator for what we thought was a great price but we were deceived. CHRIS ONLY MENTIONED THIS WAS MERELY COSMETIC DAMAGE AND THAT THE FRIDGE ACTUALLY WORK WELL....BOY WAS HE WRONG. We had called Chris (the owner or face of the company) to fix the problem over 4 times and the fridge is still not maintaining it's temperature. He ignores calls/texts, the receptionist is very rude and the service is overall horrible. The only good things about the company is the delivery guys, they showed more empathy than anyone there WHEN THEY CAME AND PICKED UP THE FRIDGE 4 TIMES AND RETURNED IT BACK TO US. Chris tried several times to justify to us that it was due to defective parts but not once took ownership of how this affected our family. I ALSO FAILED TO MENTIONED THE SERIAL NUMBER WAS SCRATCHED OFF SO WE COULDN'T EVEN CALL WHIRLPOOL FOR ASSISTANCE WITH THIS PROBLEM. The fridge is still under warranty and they have yet to reach out to us to schedule the repair. There's no exchanges/refunds and we've lost X amount of dollars in groceries due to the continued issue with this fridge. BUYERS BEWARE...

Excellent, excellent experience. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy an appliance. My wall air conditioner suddenly broke during the recent 95 degree heat wave. 3 local stores ( 2 well known large appliance stores and HomeThings 4U), gave price quotes on the same brand and size unit, including delivery and installation Besides having earliest delivery date, I saved over $250.00. Salesman Chris was polite and helpful, secretary Renae kept me updated on delivery time, installers were quick, efficient and polite.

The girl that answers the phone and I guess she schedules the delivery is too rude. My landlord paid for a new dryer. So all I had to do was call and schedule a delivery date. This girl would never schedule a delivery date. Kris saying that they have to call me to schedule it not for me to call them. So I waited a week with no dryer a bed no call. So I call again and she's says the exact same thing. And now it's 3 weeks and counting and still no dryer ot a scheduled date. What kind of business does this? Don't waste your time or money. I don't blame the business but this girl that answers the phone for the scheduling.

I never had a problem. I called them to fix washer and dryer next day . i gave tenant phone number andwe never had a problem. I been with them for 6 yrs.
