Fast friendly service , took 5 walk inside and one appt and have only been open 26 minutes! There will been a line even before they open but they always clear it fast. THANK YOU!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LABCORP - side door one(not inside clinic one)
I don’t know what is the difference between them but the side door one was definitely horrible
The front desk staff was really unprofessional, just playing cellphones when patients are waiting outside.
Cannot clearly provide guidance for testing and cannot prepare paperworks properly.
What surprised me is the same front desk technician was the one conducted blood testing. And here is result. She just said sorry, what do you want to do? You want somebody else to do it for you?
How did you graduate from school if you cannot do it?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service & Genuine Care – Keisha & Angela Make Every Visit Stress-Free
I can confidently say that this Labcorp location is the only one I trust for my lab work, and that is entirely due to the outstanding professionalism and warmth of Keisha and Angela.
Each time I visit, I am met with a level of kindness and efficiency that is truly unmatched. Keisha has an incredible ability to make the check-in process smooth and stress-free. No matter how busy the office is, she always greets me with a smile and ensures that everything is handled promptly. She has a way of making you feel valued, never rushing but always working with precision.
Angela’s expertise and gentle approach during blood draws have made every visit seamless. What stands out the most is her ability to turn what can be a nerve-wracking experience into one of comfort and ease. She takes the time to reassure and works with such skill that the process is over before you even realize it.
Despite dealing with a tough clientele at times, Keisha and Angela never let it affect their attitude—they remain patient, professional, and committed to making every patient feel respected. Whether it’s a simple conversation, a reassuring word, or the way they go above and beyond to make the process easier, their dedication is truly commendable.
It’s rare to find such a combination of skill, efficiency, and genuine care in a medical setting, but Keisha and Angela consistently deliver just that. Keisha is super rude,impatient and disgusting. When she sees that the patient is a baby. She shouldn't be working there. I will never take my son there again.

Excellent service in from desks
Very kind ,courteous and fast I was in and out .The Lady who did my kids bloodwork was amazing I'll definitely come here again highly recommend

Always an easy time here, they’re efficient and quick. This place just gets a bad rep because people are so impatient. I only choose to do my lab work or any tests here because they’re personable, clean, and very knowledgeable about what needs to be done. 10/10 in all fronts.

Worst place I’ve ever been so long went at 5 am and ended up in the building at 6 after only 4 Chairs and their was 7+ people in there and the check in machine wasn’t work and they couldn’t call people because of some guy that took almost 15+ just to get there and I don’t think these people don’t understand that people have jobs and have to work early out of my experience overall this is a 1 star

Currently standing at the window still waiting to be ask a what is needed or at least be greeted. It's been over 10 minutes and nothing an EMT was standing at this very window and no one addressed him so he just left and said stating he's going to another location. Finally, someone comes to the window doesn't address me. I guess they didn't know. I could see through the tint. So I had to address her just to get my question answered. I had to help multiple people check in with their computer system. Because nobody is at the front window to direct them. Also that tent on the window doesn't do a great job of hiding anything. So those patient records on the desk in front of the window is a hippa violation.

I’ve been here since 9:40 in which a Spanish speaking woman was obviously struggling to complete the registration thru the kiosk, at no point did the receptionists offer any assistance
After I assisted her, 2 other women were able to check in and then myself. I officially checked in at 10:35, it’s 10:53 and I’ve just been sitting in the chair to have labs drawn. Many people have been called, 2 of which were told to go into room 1 which is is where I am. Very un-organized and un professional.

Labcorp should be ashamed of themselves for having such a tiny, very understaffed office to serve a very large and on of the most underserved, underprivileged, vulnerable communities. If you got labcorp in the suburbs, with smaller populations, they have spacious offices and are better staffed. Not in Trenton. This new location is even smaller than the last one and that just makes it even more dangerous during covid. I am grateful that I can go to the other location, but many Trenton residents can't. They don't have any other options but to go here and that puts them at risk. Hire more staff and choose a bigger office to serve the larger population. It seems like Labcorp doesn't care about marginalized communities or their own staff who serve them. Two stars are for the staff who are trying to do their best with the very least help from Labcorp. Otherwise, it gets zero.

Rude staff, especially the short hispanic guy working there, not polite, very rude, horrible rude. I do not recommend, I will never go there again.
