I have a flip phone and the battery was not charging properly. I was told that Metro is no longer selling flip phones and that I needed to get something else. I was also told that my existing phone was losing internet access on Jan 8th. I ended up buying 2 new phones. I saw the website still had flip phones for sale and I saw no message that my internet was being discontinued. I did show up on Sunday at 4pm w/ a 5pm closing. I am going to return to the store to try to get clarification from the Metro rep. I am not sure if this was accurate
