I hate calling in for help the agents are terrible. They don't understand, you can't never speak to a supervisor. I hate it. The agent tried to take my payment and messed up exceeded the times to take a payment and locked my phone. All she kept saying is I apologize and sorry. She even told me I can get a extension and I couldn't. I am disabled my phone was off, I had to get someone to go pay my bill at the store. The agents are awful. I hate to have to call in. Plus. They can barely speak English, you can tell they are trained just to say a phew words. I hate it. Only this good about this service is the price. Other than that I tell people don't do it.

I had a terrible experience at the store. The Asian gentleman in service was rude and condescending. He outright refused to provide the assistance I needed. I needed him to verify my identity in order for customer service to do a line switch and he said he wouldn't do it and walked out to the back while I was still in the store. I called him again , and politely asked him to please just look at my ID and speak to the customer service on the phone and he refused and walked off again. I made 3 visits to this store in one week and every time the service was bad, to me and others I encountered there.
