I have mixed reactions with who actually helps you at this Broad Street store. Lillian at this location is the best to deal with. Knowledgeable and intent on getting your issues resolved and she finally did. 2 new phones switched over. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience with Lillian today, who was training Melissa. I needed to add a line to my existing plan and she listened to and answered all my questions. She went out of her way to make sure I left a happy customer today. Thank you Lillian for all your help! :)

They Tried to make me pay 90 because I was trying to activate my phone but I asked if there was anything lower than that they said no but when I went to the other one it let me pay 60$ weird but the atmosphere is pretty nice.
