Georgio helped me and was very good. I just needed a connector to my battery for the positive side. One suggestion when I made the appointment I should be able to send pictures of what I needed because I had to wait 2 1/2 hours mostly to have the part delivered. The delivery should be quicker or with a picture they could have the part already there.

A tech misdiagnosed a coolant leak in my car, making me worry about the integrity of my engine. Afterward, I took it to a reputable local shop and they diagnosed and fixed the leak (radiator).
Also, improperly balanced my wheels- experienced a vigorous shake in the front end. Took it to a different local tire shop and they fixed it. Said whoever balanced the wheel had no idea what they were doing.
Thanks for nothing!

They charge an automatic $15.00 to ANY bill as a “shop” fee. With no explanation as to what that includes.

I took my car in to have work done and was told they couldn’t get a diagnostic because the dash wouldn’t light up. I hooked up a jump box and got it on right away. They refused to fix it and told me it was a computer chip issue which was a blatant lie. They are very unprofessional in the way they conduct business at this location as they didn’t even call me to let me know what was going on. The car sat there for 24hours and it seems as the though the technician didn’t even attempt to do their job. Will never bring my car to pep boys again.

This place is too expensive for yall to have the customer service you do have. Man didn’t greet me. He had this unwanted energy, it’s like why even have someone with that attitude at the front desk. It felt like I was talking to myself. Car was done fine. But that type of customer service won’t keep customers coming back.

We won’t be back after this experience. We booked an 11:30 appointment and called to let them know we were running 5 minutes late. We had specifically booked to sit and wait. They told us it would be at least 2 hours but could take all day because they did not have the appointment generate when they printed the schedule. Why allow same day appointments and not honor them? Customer service was terrible and we waste time coming down when we could have been somewhere else. They were still going to charge us $92 for this as well no discount for the time lost or anything. Do not recommend.

Recently ordered four new tires to be put on at this location. When I first went in to have the tires put on they were helpful, since I had ordered through a third part it was a learning curve for the gentleman at the front desk but he was nice. I went back in to get the tires re-balanced and it wasn’t a great experience. The same gentleman wasn’t very nice when I asked how long this process was going to take. Very disappointed with the customer service. May be time to get some younger men in there working the front counter.

Scheduled an appointment for 9:30am on a Saturday, the day before. It showed plenty of open availability when I made appointment online. Needed tire service for a bad leaking tire. They called me the morning of my appointment and asked if I could leave it a few hours when I come in. I told them that was fine, that I could do that.
I showed up at my appointment time and explained the problem and let them know I have to leave early morning on a road trip and need the tire fixed on my truck. They again asked if I can leave it for a few hours. I again said I can, no problem.
Well, few hours have gone by and I’ve heard nothing. 5hrs later, nothing. 7hrs later and I’m like what is going on?? So I give them a call. The guy asks my info and says hold on, let me check to see what’s going on. He comes back on the phone and tells me. They never got to your truck, we’ll take care of it tomorrow morning for you. You gotta be kidding me!? I can’t do that, I literally told you in the store I’m leaving early morning for a road trip tomorrow! He says I only have 1 service guy right now and I’m not comfortable with doing tires. Meanwhile they had a service guy in every bay when I dropped my truck off for my early morning appointment. I explained how this was totally ridiculous and absolutely poor customer service. Not only did they just ignore my service appointment. It was at the point where it was too late in the day for me to get my truck to another business because everyone else is closed. So now I’m even more pissed and I explained that to him. He said I’m sorry but I don’t know what else you want me to tell you. We can do it tomorrow instead or not.
So I show up minutes after the phone call to get my key back and truck. I noticed when I was there, that the person ahead of me when I showed up in the morning to drop my key off. That his vehicle wasn’t there as he was making an appointment for service AT THAT TIME! The guy also took a phone call after him, before dealing with me, for someone wanting to bring in his vehicle for battery replacement. I heard him ask what kind of vehicle (because he was on speaker) then told him to bring it right in that they can get it done today no problem. The guy said he’ll be right on his way.
So when I got my key back I called him out and said I notice that the 2 people’s vehicles aren’t here. The guy in line before me made his appointment today so I know what car he had here. The guy you talked to on the phone you told him to bring his vehicle in and you can get it done today so I heard what car he had.
I said I made my appointment the day before and my truck sat here 7hrs and my service was completely ignored. He says to me…..I’m just the front desk guy. I have nothing to do with what the service techs do. I told him ok, well you’re customer service. Do you not see the issue of not making a phone call to me and say hey, we unfortunately can’t get your truck today. Also letting me know at a reasonable time so I have an opportunity to take it elsewhere? But no, you didn’t do any of that and now you just screwed me as other business are now closed. All I got was, I told you we can do it tomorrow. Yeah, after I called to find out what was going on and I already told you I have to leave early morning for a trip.
Absolutely completely inexcusable service. I make an appointment day before and people just show up well after me and get serviced. Plus how it was handled like no big deal to them. This was such a convience for me as I’m only 5 minutes away but this is the last time I ever step foot in this location. I’d drive 30 minutes away if I had to after this.
I’m sure I’ll get a generic response reply here saying that they’re sorry about the service and to contact customer service for more details.

They did my break pads. They charged me $850 for 1 break pad. Which was expensive. That is OK. Because I accepted for it. But they did not put Air Pressure sensors. It was showing air pressure sensors missing. I said fix the issue. They said, I have to replace all tires which cost about $1000. I told them just fix, sensor, then they said, they will do it for $250. I accepted. They said they will call me. I waited for 2 days, and I took my car to costco. They fixed it for only $67. $50 for part and $17 labor. Now you decide, how much these guys are trying to rip me off.
