What I got vs what I asked for. Let me preface by saying this was a refill. Unfortunately the lady who did my nails was unavailable so I made a last minute appointment with this salon. My original set was gorgeous, wonderful shape and simple(this was a different salon). I made an appointment tor 5pm and showed up 15 minutes early. The woman who was refilling my nails asked me to pick out a color and when I said I had something in mind she said “of course you do”. Cue lots of sighing and eye rolls. She took about 30 minutes and o create this monstrosity. While applying the silver, she showed me what she was doing and laughed it off saying “good enough”. It’s not good enough, it’s $55 and a treat for myself. This woman destroyed my previously beautiful nails, no shape or length is the same size. I’m not sure what she thought she was doing with the design and on top of her attitude, she clearly didn’t care about the happiness of her client. My cuticles are shredded as well. I walked out of that salon feeling and extremely embarrassed about what she did. Luckily, they’re next to an Ulta and a wonderful sales person gave me plenty of suggestions on how to fix them.

Beware: They are scammers! I went here 3 times. Every time I went I was charged a different price for the same service. The last time I went they were charging me $35 more than 2 weeks before. When I asked them to break down pricing to me they became defensive and rude. Called me broke and called the cops on me - when I offered to pay the price that’s posted and I was charged the last time. Worst part is that they do a sloppy job on nails. My sister and friends have had similar experiences with them being inconsistent with their pricing.
On top of all of this: They at first refused to use New/Packaged tools on me when I requested which is unsanitary and illegal.

I have been a loyal customer of Prestige Nails for years, but their customer service and quality have unfortunately declined, as many others have noted. This decline has driven my mom, sisters, and grandmother away from this salon over the years but I opted to remain a loyal customer. However, my recent experience at Prestige was my breaking point. I had a 4:00 PM appointment and spoke with my typical manicurist, Hannah, and shared I'd be there at 4:04. She assured me it was fine. But when I arrived, she outright refused to see me and was opting to take a walk in for a pedicure instead, despite confirming on the phone that it was okay. Even the receptionist tried to explain to Hannah that I was her 4:00 appointment, but Hannah said that she was going to take the walk in. After three years of loyalty to Hannah and Prestige, enduring the salon's worsening service, I was appalled and disappointed. Everyone in the salon, including the receptionist and other patrons, were shocked. I am extremely disappointed in Prestige Nails and will never return. This place used to be great back in the early 2020s but my sister, Amber, grandma, and mom have all had experiences such as this one that make it difficult to continue supporting this business. The receptionist said the manager will contact me as a consolation for the experience when he returns from vacation next week, but it is clear that this salon does not value its longstanding customers.

First, my nails and toes were done by Hannah beautifully! Hannah was professional, quick and attentive. the polish was done perfectly on both my hands and feet so thank you Hannah! the downside is the salon is dirty. One of the gentlemen doing a pedicure was filthy. His shirt was covered in nail dust, powder, etc... The station where you dry is so dirty and the chairs are stained. that was a real turn off and unfortunately will cause me to go somewhere else even tho my nails and toes were done so well. please just get a cleaning service and some new chairs so I can come back!

A week or so ago i got my nails done by some man I dont Rember his name but i got acrylics with a swirl French design. In which they are already falling of and he didn't have any good corotation on the lines nor even cleaned up my cuticles. I personally know someone who went here and had lily and Kate which their nails looked really good, and none even felled of even though they got their nails done before i did. I will be going back but will never let him do them again. Call in advance and ask for lily or Kate if wanting to come I was told there really nice plus there both amazing at doing nail art.

This visit is rated a 3, but I would normally rate Prestige at a 5.
Nail tech Sue had a lot of difficulty speaking and understanding English which I could get past because I asked one of her coworkers to help translate. All I wanted was coffin nails (same shape I came in with) with one coat dip powder and gel polish over them. My natural nails were long and also needed to be cut slightly as I wanted to keep most of the length.
Unfortunately, what I got was nails that are shorter than I wanted because she kept filing down to get the shape right (which she failed at) after cutting and they are not all the same length. They are also not a true coffin shape, have no apex to form a pretty "c" curve and the gel polish is clumpy at the tips on some nails. Sue also did my pedicure and I was happy with that, but didn't know she'd struggle with my mani. My regular pedi and gel mani took her nearly two hours.
This was my fourth visit to Prestige and in the past Hannah and another tech have done my nails and I was always happy with the service. Hannah did my nails the 2nd time I went and since then I've always asked for her and scheduled my appointments days in advance. This time around I only called a few hours ahead of time to make an appointment and was ok with being paired up with someone else given the short notice. I just wish Sue was better at doing nails. To Sue's credit, she was diligent and definitely trying but I'm not happy about being the person she was practicing on. My nails don't look terrible, but they are not worth the money I paid. I hope with time she'll get better. I will continue going to Prestige, but will plan ahead and book Hannah, Katie or Jimmy for best results.

Have been going to this salon for ten or so years, can no longer get appts with Lilly so started going to Hannah. Today was my last straw. My gel manicure polish is peeling off 2 nails ( 2 hours after they were done) and I have a lump of polish on my toe, she just left it as a big lump while doing my gel pedicure. My cuticles weren’t touched and look ragged. I paid $90 for this but NEVER AGAIN! It’s a shame, they are always in a rush and Hannah has a really bad attitude! She cut me twice and gave me an attitude!
