I had my Kia Forte for about a year now. I drove off with a check engine light. Called him every single day to fix it. Which he told me he would. But I kept getting pushed back. He sent me to his mechanic which told me the part was not available. A year later still have the check engine light. I make my payments. Car starting to run raggedy! Every time I call to get it fixed. He says sorry he forgot and the problem is nothing that’s gone break the car. But let me miss a payment he calls me daily and even emails me. & I still pay it. But I just wouldn’t recommend him. U pay ya money for a car which is not cheap and these crooked car dealerships will just play with u and leave u with the problem. They get these junk cars and pray u make it off the lot. I don’t recommend !!

We were sold a lemon, literally a month after having the car the engine went. When we called Sal about it, he tried to blame it on us. I told him at that time I didnt want the car no longer. He stated I couldnt do that. I ended up replacing the engine with a new used engine and the car had another issue. The car was trash. I took insurance off of it and stop making payments. When I did that Sal called and stated he would do a buy back. I accepted but heres the scam, why didnt he want to do the buy back the first time I called him about the engine. I paid 2k for that engine and I am considering sueing him after speaking with my lawyer.
HE IS A SCAM BEWARE!!!
To reply to comment, HE NEVER PAID ME, he agreed to take that amount off the car loan because I wanted to give it back which I have on video and he denied. You didn’t repossess the car we did a buy back (as everyone can see what I signed for this business to give back the car). Which when you called I told you I don’t want the car anymore. Thank you for your visible response with a lie!!!! Like stated before you’re a scam. I documented a lot, phone calls and conversations. I can display everything to show the truth.

Bad Business, sold me a car that he said was good but same day my car overheated,and now check engine light will no go off. I inquired about getting a refund or to switch it out for another one he declined that option. This guy is a no good scam artist. For this being my 1st car he did me real dirty .

I was referred to Prime Auto by a friend at work and it was the best referral that I could have received! I purchased my daughter's first car at Prime Auto and she absolutely loves it! It is a beautiful jeep and a great purchase. I'm glad that I found it, it's the perfect first vehicle for her. Sal was great from start to finish and he explained everything in detail for me.
