My demolition contractor referred me to Priority One Adjusters. One of the finest decisions I’ve made! Victor and his team kept me in the loop of all issues and progress pertaining to the home owners insurance company claim and total loss house. I received a substantial return compared to the original total. The insurance company missed many items including an entire floor. I didn’t have to contact or reach out to anyone, everything was taken care of. Priority One Adjusters expertise went above and beyond my expectations. It was seamless and such a comfort. I would highly recommend Priority One.

Life is sometimes hard but insurance claims don't have to be!! Victor and his team are committed to getting you what you deserve! Empathetic honest and know what the insurance companies won't tell you. I have heard many positive things about this company throughout the years from close and personal friends. So when my unfortunate situation came, I knew who to call. Thank you so much for making this horrible situation better! You deserve more than 5 stars!!

My house suffered a severe fire in 2022, I hired priority one adjusters. Without their help I don't know how I would of handled this. The staff is compassionate,knowledgeable, and have been super. lhelpful

I don't know how I would have navigated all that needs doing after a house fire without the amazing support of Victor, Fran and Robin. I am sure that I received a better settlement from Liberty Mutual than I would have done without them representing me, even accounting for their fee. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

IF THE DEVIL STARTED OUR HOUSE FIRE, THEN HE MUST HAVE SENT PRIORITY ONE ADJUSTMENT SERVICES LLC TO FINISH US OFF. As another reviewer said. Having the house fire was easier then dealing with Priority one. LOOK AT THE PICTURES. They have a LONG HISTORY of catching people at their most vulnerable state and making promises they never intend to keep. READ THE CONTRACT (also pictured). The contract holds them responsible for the paperwork portion odf your claim. NOTHING ELSE. They give you verbal promises they won't put in writing because they don't intend on keeping those verbal promises. LOOK AT THE PICTURES. They LIED and said everything in our basement was "Burnt Away", I had to send them pictured proof that the basement was full for them to do the Basement inventory. 5 Months after our house fire and I had to start hiring other companies to do the jobs they keep messing up.EVERYTHING is still in our home and after they messed up on the inventory portion 2x's, I now have to hire an Inventory Company to do the inventory so I can get the things out the house and get started with our house rebuilding. They've postponed the rebuilding of our home by months by their negligence and incompetency. Although the contract shows you have the right to cancel, they IGNORE and REFUSE my cancelation sent through emails and certified letter, and keep contacting our insurance company. ***Insurance company said "because there is a contract, Priority One will have to contact them to cancel. Otherwise, legally, the Insurance company has to involve them." Priority One Adjustment Services are bullies and treat you like you don't matter at all! I am filing a complaint with the NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF BANKING AND INSURANCE. They treat my family as if we don't have rights. I'm a mother and a wife. I'll fight for my family! YOU HAVE RIGHTS TOO. If you ignored the past bad reviews like I initially did and now find yourself in the same predicament, File a complaint against them with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. WE HAVE RIGHTS!

I must say today was a horrible day.. left in the cold with no shoes after an unexpected fire in the middle of the night ..I didn't realize until the worse was over but theFirst person to offer me warmth inside there vehicle and honestly just comfort about the situation in general turned out to be an insurance adjusters..my landlord didn't have i strange i found that out in the first 10 min..however I was treated like any one would hope after such a tragedy..he let us wait inside his heated vehicle til the fire Marshall finished there investigation and gave me a ride far into another state..I must say there is still good I the world ...thankyou victor tonzilloService: Fire damage cleanup & repair

In 2015, I experienced a house fire resulting in a total loss. After doing some research on local Adjusters, I chose Victor Tonzillo (Priority One Adjustment Services), and I am very happy with my choice. Victor was a straight-shooter from the very beginning, always did exactly as he promised in a timely manner, and represented my interests well throughout the entire process - all for a fee that is less than the larger competitors (from my research). I am extremely happy with my claim settlement offer, and very thankful to Victor (and Executive Assistant Robin) for all of the guidance they provided!

BEWARE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! There were promises made that never came to fruition, they lost my clothes and when you complain they bully and talk over you making you feel that your concerns are ridiculous. They took advantage of not only my vulnerability but of the entire situation and took my money and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am not an adjustment company I am a REAL person that has experienced this company first hand. Tirrone Lille came to me and made these grandiose promises of housing and advances and none of that happened. WHen they first approach you they say that 'they work for you' well they did a piss poor job as an employee. No one knows anything, they defer questions to other employees of the company, they are very condescending and constantly talk over you, they NEVER apologize for their mistakes. They are unorganized, non empathetic and completely unprofessional. If you have a good insurance company you should try and work with them directly or HIRE ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENT FIRM THAN THIS ONE. Don't press your luck.

HORRIBLE COMPANY, THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU, YOU ARE CONSTANTLY CALLING THEM, AT TIMES THEY DO NOT EVEN RETURN YOUR CALL. THE COMPANIES THEY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM D&B RUINED MY CLOTHES MORE THAN THE FIRE DID.
THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME WHEN I WAS VULNERABLE.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY ENEMY.
