Tried this place for the first time recently and loved the outcome! Ileana who did my nails was very skilled and gave me exactly what I asked for. The nails are also shaped super well--not bulky or lumpy at all! I recommend making an appointment in advance. While I was there, several people came in and were told to return later because there weren't any technicians available.
Cleanliness: The place is kept clean. The bathroom was spotless. The only thing I noticed was that the plexiglass dividers at the nail stations looked like they could be wiped down more regularly.

I just moved to the area and have been looking for a nice, clean and friendly nail salon and I’m so glad I found them! The salon is so nice (I love the decor!) it’s very clean. And of course Kim was great!! I will definitely recommend and I will be back every 2 weeks!
Cleanliness: You walk in and can tell right away how clean the place is.
Stylist: Kim was great! Very sweet. I’ll be going back to her again.

I have been here for a pedicure several times already. I have never had an appointment I just walk in. I have never had to wait more that a few minutes. The staff is courteous and friendly.

My first time going to a nail salon and they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Sam did my acrylics and they look amazing. I didn’t get the name of the woman who did my pedicure, but she did extremely well and they both were so kind and very patient with me.

If you have melanin don't go here. I had an appointment, my service was not completed because they stopped me for a walk in. Waited 15 minutes to get color for my pedicure it never happened. I ended up having to leave. This wasn't my first experience with racism at this place but I didn't want to jump to conclusions. Today it was very clear. I will not be going back ever.

Coming to this salon after trying several in the area. Nail salon is clean and staff is friendly. Pricing is fair. Discount for paying with cash. Seems to be an overturn of techs.

Would not recommend this nail salon. It's dirty and the worst customer service. I gave them three chances and disappointed each time. I only get pedicures and during one of the pedicures the salon tech was texting the entire time. Even if you have an appointment they still make you wait 15-20 mins.

I've been going to pro nails for waxing and pedicures for YEARS. Last time I went for an eyebrow and chin waxing, they told me the price was $30 while standing in front of a sign that said eyebrows - $10 and chin - $7. When I brought up the price difference, she said "okay, so $20". No, 7+10 is 17. Not 30, not 20. I will never use this place again and I recommend people find other places to get their services done.Service: Waxing

I got a pedicure here by an older lady instead of cutting my cuticles she kept cutting my skin It was the worst experience ever. I then went back for a wax and she jumped out to do It and again I didn’t want to be mean and ask for another lady! She didn’t even get the hair off I paid for hair and wax still on me. I’ll never go here again
