So I made a 2 item purchase as a gift for someone and being that it was a gift I inquired about their return policy. I was told w receipt n tags I'd get a full refund. But if no receipt make sure tags on still on and I can only get an exchange. So the person didn't care for the items so 3 days later I wanted to return items but couldn't find the receipt. No problem I thought, I'll do an exchange since they have kids clothes also I'd get something for 1 or 2 of my grands. But the store clerk there that day, different from my initial visit, said nope no receipt no return, I explained what the first clerk had said n she states yeah it's a new policy , sorry can't return it. This is unacceptable. Rainbow can say goodbye to me ever stepping foot in their store again.

I go here once or twice a year when I have to get a large order of a specific item from the Walmart nearby. The isles were so close together it is hard moving around. I went this time and the person who I assume is the manager was there. A mom and her teen daughter came in after me and she welcomed and acknowledged them. Then the owners came in and it was an older man and a woman. They were telling the manager what to do and how to rearrange the store for optimal customer experience. Once I was done checking out I had to pass between the old man owner and the manager and it was such an unwelcoming experience. They just stood one on each side in silence staring at me with dead eyes while I was leaving, no words. I will not be going back, it was one of the most uncomfortable shopping experience I have ever had my hairs were raised. The clothes are absolutely not worth that type of customer service.

I love rainbow shop! I can always count on finding clothes for work, a fun night out or a casual setting. The best part it’s affordable and the clothes are good quality. I know because I wash my clothes a lot and they still look good. Good job rainbow shop! Keep being amazing!?

Will no longer be shopping here. The quality of the clothes is terrible and see thru. I bought a jumpsuit and returned it with in the 7 day policy and she refused to give me my money back. I had the receipt and tag on the outfit. She said their policy is store credit only. That’s not right. Also their store is the only store that never reopened their dressing rooms. Bad experience all around

Evelyn is literally the best manager I have ever seen at a Rainbow Store. She was so caring and patient, and went above and beyond to make sure that I could relocate my store credit. It’s nice to feel that people care with the way the world is today. She really made my day!

Rude staff, fitting rooms still not open, basically the cashier said I'd have to buy the jeans I was looking for ( 5 pairs ) and would then have to take them home to try them on and return them if they're not the proper fit! I can't speak for others but I don't have that kind of time to travel that far! SERIOUSLY! Don't know about other locations, but that's just ridiculous, I left my items on the counter and told the cashier " I'll take my business elsewhere!" ( didn't even want to give this 1 star )
