Just left the store with two minutes to spare. I was glad to hear that you guys extended your closing hours to 9p because I work in healthcare and could make it to your store to find a top. I arrived at 825p with my two daughters before closing my birthday is coming up and some of my items didn't arrive so I am on damage control before my flight in the am. As soon as we entered Mary and Darialas I'm not sure how it's spelt we're in the back recovering the store then another lady began walking around screaming the "store is closing"❗️❗️ the "store is closing" ❗️❗️it was only 830 ( I've worked in retail and I understand but 840 845 would have been appropriate. I have been shopping here for years and I have seen and heard some things but the stuff these women began to let fly out of their mouths was disgraceful im not sure if they thought I didn't understand the language but I do ? and my daughter was watching her tablet and has video of some of it. I just need to make a suggestion that you guys do a more thorough hiring process because you never know who is who. Also if you don't like your job get another one because people who patronize this business deserve respect no matter their race. That's all.

I HAVE BEEN BUYING ITEMS FROM THIS STORE FOR MANY YEARS. BUT LATENTLY THERE IS NOTHING OF QUALITY IN THIS STORE. I KNEW THAT THERE ARE EMPLOYEES WHO BUY THE BEST AND HAVE A BUSINESS FROM THERE TOO. IT'S NOT LIKE BEFORE. AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE ABUSIVE, NOT ALL OF THEM. BUT MORE THOSE WHO HAVE A SUPERIOR POSITION. WHEN THEY COME WITH THE LOADS OF CLOTHES THEY SAY EXCUSSE AND IT'S BECAUSE THEY ALREADY PASSED YOU CARRYING. . FIND OUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH THE CLOTHES THEY ARE LEAVING.

I like the store but they should have a dedicated cashier for people with 5 or less items and more cashiers in general - I have walked out many times due to the length of the line - the stocking should be done when the store is closed - I would suggest the stockers be used as cashiers instead during store hours. Some prices are ridiculous but you can just wait a few weeks until they go on sale

I have been going to that second-hand store for 17 years but lately I have seen that the people who come to buy make a mess of measuring clothes and leaving the run before the store was a pleasure to go to buy but they have moved everything as they had it before I have arrived and everything is different like they have no order but the people who come to buy leave a pile of things and they should be more conscious about buying and if you don't like what you took put it in its place I am not an employee of that place not that I am a buyer and I see what happens

the store is okay, but there is a lot of explosions on the employees. We are not animals to be working like this, this is a disgrace, The real owner of the store has to know who they select to be manager. And i don’t agree with the manager putting the amount of pressure on the employees.

Have been going for years once a week. Apparently this thrift has new owners. Everything is moved around and they are open later and more days so everything feels picked over. Wednesday used to be "sale/senior" day". Every color price tag except the newest color was 1/2 off, not the sale anymore. The oldest color is on sale but there is never any of that left. The prices have also increased. The shoppers who are there all the time have also told us its just not worth it anymore to shop there. The only positive is that the salvation army down the road has more people shopping in it from people looking for deals, which is a good thing.

This store was great before the discounts were removed. This is supposed to be a store where you can find affordable apparel and accessories for half or less of the cost that it would be at a regular retail store. Unfortunately, that’s not the case with RWB anymore. Everything is priced out to high prices such as $20-$30 for USED/DISTRESSED jeans.. The discounts are not even worth it because the prices are extremely high. There needs to be some sort of course correction for this matter.

This place used to be great with reasonable prices. Not anymore! Just the other week they wanted 200$ for an expired, beat up Marc Jacobs perfume, lol. Then went to the register with my items and got the older Latina lady with the glasses.(she's horrible) She told me the used curling iron I was buying was not $14.99 but $19.99. Yes, 20$ for a worn out curling iron even though the sticker said $14.99. It was clear the sticker was NOT tampered with and she was telling me 14 was actually a 19. Whatever I paid the extra 5$. Then went to get a flat iron with the same price and showed it to another cashier and asked is this 14.99$ or 19.99$ Two cashiers and a manager looked at it and said 14. Unbelievable!!! Also, some of the younger staff are just obnoxious. For instance, they say you get 3 minutes to ask to look at things behind the counter right? They even have a timer. She set the timer and I'm quickly trying to point out the things I want to look at from the case. She's talking and giggling with another worker, doesn't stop the timer, then once she finally opens the case, instead of grabbing the products and giving them to me, she's standing there examining it herself, smelling it and playing with it. Omg, finally beep beep beep times up I've looked at 2 of the 5 things and tell her I'll take one of the products. She rings me up and then tells me she can only ring up that one product and I'd have to get in line and pay at the other register for the other things that didn't come from the case! ?Also, they have racks and racks of clothes, many still with tags, but only a tiny mirror in the back. So everyone is trying to try on clothes and fight to get a glimpse in the mirror. The store is full of TVs displaying messages like "Cash only" but 1 lousy mirror in the back. This store has gone completely down hill, sadly! I used to really love it. Sometimes I even look up products to find they are charging the same as or even more than if you were to purchase it from the store brand new! Insane!

This store is a joke!! This is my last time. I had been coming here for over 30 years. It was amazing once, good prices, clean, well maintained. This store is full of junk, dirty and the prices are absolutely absurd for USED items. There is NOTHING "thrifty" about this store. I saw clerks go through the books and movies and put on their cart the ones that were half price so all that was left was full price items!! Stay away from this place, no thrift here!!

I shop here every week. Today there was a set of chairs that was marked with stickers $200 for the set. They wrote me up a ticket for $200 and gave it to the cashier. I went to get cash at the ATM, and when I came back the cashier informed me that the manager had increased the price. When the new price came out it was $500 for the set. I asked to speak to the manager and they said there was nothing they could do. Extremely frustrating. I have no idea about the legality of this, and there seems to be no one to talk to at the store that cares. I understand why prices are high. I’ll pay up if something is good, but I don’t like the run around. I left without the chairs. It’s a great store usually. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

Tons of great stuff Always crowded prices are a little high and the lines to pay are ridiculous but they have a lot to offer so deal with it.
