can’t say enough great things about the JCPenney Salon at Quaker Bridge Mall! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Tracy — and let me just say, she’s an absolute ray of sunshine. Honestly Tracy is the face of the salon because she’s the first person who greets you with a warm and welcoming smile.
Shelly is truly an all-star. This is the second time she’s braided my hair, and it looks fabulous! In my 57 years, I don’t think I’ve ever felt more beautiful. The compliments I’ve received — people calling me a goddess — say it all!
The vibe here is amazing. Everyone works so well together, and the energy is just fun and friendly. I brought my iPad and a book, but never touched them because chatting with Shelly, Tracy, and Sandra (I apologize if I’m messing up her name) she wasn’t even my stylist but she was equally as warm and welcoming! These ladies made the time fly by.
I’m standing ten toes deep when I say because of these ladies. This now my forever salon! Thank you, Shelly, for making me feel absolutely fabulous and beautiful! 💛

5 hours + $200 = a style that couldn't last a full 24 hours! A complete waste of time and money.
Update: Absolutely no resolution! Corporate advised the salon would reach out so a resolution can be found. Nicole called and left a voice-mail. It took a week before someone actually answered my call. They would not allow me to speak to Nicole, they advised she was not there and unsure when she would return. That was almost two weeks ago and still no call back.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THE FRUSTRATION! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When he wanted me to do something my father had an economy of expression that was highly motivating - Do you think you want to clean this s__thole up, like... NOW! - glowering through clenched teeth as he turned on his heels. Needless to say my room was clean in thirty minutes... or less. JC Penney could certainly use someone like my father. Besides their executive, marketing and merchandising turmoil, their Lawrenceville store is a wreck. Who wants to shop in a hovel that looks like it has been picked over by a drunken horde of gypsies and vagrants. You are as likely to find your size on the floor as you are in the rack. Retail is hard enough, JC Penney makes it harder, clean up your act. The clock is ticking.

This is not my favorite JCPenney. I usually use their parking lot to access the Quaker Bridge small since it is usually pretty calm on that side of the mall. The store is very poorly lit and is dark and dingy. There also seems to be a lot of construction going on randomly up on the second floor. So that could account for the dinginess. But, I just feel that it is very poorly kept which does not make for a pleasant shopping experience. Maybe if there was some serious remodeling done, I will possibly start shopping here again.

Our family of 7 had an excellent session with really great results - all thanks to photographer Majesta. She was phenomenal with my kids (ages 3 and 1) and got them both to smile multiple times - they have had professional photos taken before and *never* smiled the way they did with Majesta. She knew how to engage with them and really went above and beyond in our session, even though she had a really busy day ahead. We barely waited and got our proofs almost immediately. Highly highly recommend and if you go, please request Majesta.

Hated it, terrible service, terrible staff they don’t work during business hours.Not reliable!! They don’t care about customers at all. They don’t take clients even they have none. It shows closing is 9 pm but they refused us before 7:45.
