Very courteous , Knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Definitely much better service than some of the other UPS stores I have visited.
The associate helped me resolve my issue with the Amazon QR code .
Since my box was very large, the associates helped me bring it to the counter.
Definitely recommend this location.

Ryan was amazing. He was so patient. I had major issues with Amazon and QR codes. He talked me through it and really helped. It was very appreciated!! He went above and beyond!

They charge 1 dollar for taping your box but never tape infrom you, make extra money from you, and the john doesn't have costume services.

The associate was well versed with what needed to be done and got me moving on the process as soon as I got in and I became calm and composed as I was navigating sending my passport via their services. All of the associates answered my questions and since I was the only person being serviced, I was briefed well and my preferences taken into consideration while filling out the app. The only nitpick I would have from a system's view point is that UPS share a ballpark amount so that expectations can be properly managed. I left the store satiated that my package was handled with care and professionalism.

If I could give a zero I would. I just left this store and the older man was very rude. When I asked questions, he was curt and dismissive. I spend a lot of money in this store and because of how I was treated I will never come back to this store.
