The short old white guy with the black glasses is a total jerk. Unhelpful, actively trying to be short and rude. Really unpleasant staff overall. Avoid.

The employees are just there for a paycheck, zero ambition. Ended up leaving without sending my package.

Yea bad service, trying to up sell the most expensive option to you, and says “if you go with (the cheapest option), they might open the package and return it to you”. I asked who is going to open the package, he said USPS will inspect it and if it’s not a CD it will be returned to you. Really??? Is that true. I didn’t want to risk it and bought the more expensive shipping option but I feel I’ve just been tricked. Spent $5.5 on shipping a USB drive. Do they really open peoples package?

Very poor customer service. The staff are rude, obnoxious and very ill mannered. The staff lacks social skills. Most of the time I find only one person servicing the customers which is not good. All in all this post office is not a good one.

Unless you like getting YELLED AT for asking questions, AVOID this place like the plague! I wanted to open a PO Box for my 84 yr old mother who is in a nursing home. I was told my mother MUST be present. Well, several years ago I opened a PO Box for mom in Pennsylvania using my Power of Attorney with NO problem. But at THIS Post Office, if you are disabled or in a nursing home and not able to get to the Post Office, you have NO RIGHT to have your Power of Attorney open a PO Box for you. NOT very American to me. I told the man that I had mom's Power of Attorney with me. He said maybe Supervisor Barb would "approve it" and that if I wanted to talk to her I should come back at 3pm. I came back at 3pm. When it was my turn in line, the gentleman remembered me and told Barb why I was there. As I approached the counter, right off the bat, she looked me up and down with disdain. Like she didn't want to deal with me. I handed her the form I filled out online, and told her I wanted to open a PO Box for my mother who is in a nursing home. She handed the form back to me and told me that I had to put the PO Box in my name and add her as a second user. I told her I didn't want the PO Box in my name, and that I had no problem in Pennsylvania getting mom a PO Box in her name. I asked her if there are different rules in different states. She said there were, but I am skeptical about that. I told her I had mom's Power of Attorney and she said it didn't matter to her for opening a PO Box. WHAT? Supervisor Barb went on to say that the "mail man" might want to see the Power of Attorney when delivering her mail. I asked her what does a "mail man" have to do with a PO Box. I asked her if a "mail man" was going to come to my house demanding to see the Power of Attorney before delivering mom's mail to her PO Box. That's absurd. She started YELLING at me telling me "I'M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU THIS AGAIN, YOU HAVE TO OWN THE BOX, NOT YOUR MOTHER." "AND THE MAIL MAN WILL WANT TO SEE THE POWER OF ATTORNEY." That's just crazy and makes no sense. A customer came over, but apparently didn't hear the entire conversation, because he told me all I had to do was bring in a Power of Attorney. I showed it to him. He was shocked. He asked what Supervisor Barb was yelling about then. Barb heard him and started YELLING AT ME AGAIN. I am a 65 yr old woman who walks with a cane, but I am NOT a feeble person. I could have ripped her a new one, but I am above that.My conclusion on Supervisor Barb is that:1) I still wear a KN95 mask. I believe Supervisor Barb is an anti-masker and this was a trigger for her.2) She is a bully. So unless you enjoy being abused, STAY AWAY.

Package bin is taped shut so you can't drop off packages after hours. They also won't give a receipt for dropping off prepaid labels which is crazy. I would really try my best to go to another post office in the area if possible.

I have used this office several times over the last couple of years. The line moved with no issues for me and I saw the staff hustling to keep it moving, the staff was courteous, and I always got receipts for prepaid packages without asking. I would definitely recommend this office!

Very very poor staff. As someone mentioned the older white gentleman that the person has in their photo is extremely rude and inappropriate. Told me his name was "Bob Bob". He was upset I was dropping off pre paid packages. He had no reason to talk to me as this post office won't give a receipt for drop offs. They ask you leave them at the counter. Bob immediately started yelling at me the moment I entered the building. Told me I not to leave my packages.. Yelled I was a idiot and wanted me to go out back to fight him. I have a witness to this and have reported this. Drop box has been broken for nearly 2 years. With someone like "Bob" working there it's to be expected I guess.
