A VERY EXPENSIVE PACKAGE LOST AND I GET NOTHING BUT A COMPUTER RESPONCE SAYING MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN TRANSIT. A PACKAGE THAT WAS SAID TO BE DELIVERED A WEEK AGO.

After paying they sent my envelope on a vacation across NJs post offices just for it to be sent right back to me. What was supposed to be a two day delivery turned into a twenty. USPS is a joke

Went to drop off my package for the self-service, The Dropbox handle was stuck. There was someone still in the office so I knocked on the door and tried to explain the situation. She just told me it was closed and then refused to acknowledge me.
