A VERY EXPENSIVE PACKAGE LOST AND I GET NOTHING BUT A COMPUTER RESPONCE SAYING MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN TRANSIT. A PACKAGE THAT WAS SAID TO BE DELIVERED A WEEK AGO.

I had a pleasant time here at the post office. Not sure why others are having issues. I think if you have reasonable expectations there should be zero issues, it's a post office not a day spa people !
The employee here at this regional location was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. No nonsense at honestly some times there are times in life when you have things to be done and don't need all the extra yappity yap yap 🗣️😆
One star deduction because the 1 single envelope I was sending couldn't be guaranteed for the same day or next day. The address I was sending it to was literally in the same complex. I hope they are not making an old lady walk all the mail over to the PO boxes there, and thus they couldn't guarantee the same day. (Unless I'm mistaken) But otherwise I had a great time with little to no wait.
Final Verdict: 4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff tend to be apathetic and often mumble through interactions, which can come across as unfriendly—even when customers are being respectful. While they’re not outright rude, the lack of energy or engagement doesn’t make for a welcoming experience. It’s a bummer when you’re mailing something exciting like your wedding invitations.
Recommendation: Don’t let them apply a stamp for you. You’re better off applying the stamp yourself—otherwise, it’ll likely end up somewhere awkward, like the middle of the envelope. Happened to me 3 times now. It’s a small thing, but it can make it look like you were careless or didn’t know where to put it (to your recipient).

I was in there with my neighbor. I needed stamps and he needed to send his heart monitor back and get a receipt. There was no one in there. Waiting until we were called. There were 2 employees working and on their phone. They saw us there and still didn't even tell us to come forward. After a while, I said excuse me and then the one employee says can I help you. I said may I have 2 books of stamps. I just figured she would ask what kind and just picked any. I said you don't have the flags anymore and she said yes and gave me an attitude because I didn't suggest them in the first place. I said I'm always asked what kind I would like. After I finished with her, I said my neighbor needs a receipt for the heart monitor. She said if you want a receipt you have to use the kiosk out front. I said we never used that before, she said there's instructions. Nasty nasty nasty person. Went out to try to print a receipt and were there for 10 minutes and I told my neighbor to go and ask her is she can help us. She came out with an attitude because we were bothering her. There was no one in there. We interrupted her phone time. You need to get better help in there and have people who are actually nice and want to help out. The new people are horrible.

I accompanied my 22 year-old twins today at this USPS location To apply for first time passports! We had a 2 PM appointment and arrived on time. When we arrived, only one postal worker, Mansi, was working the window. There was a line of approximately 7 people ahead of us. Mansi clearly prides herself on providing the best customer service she can while remaining calm, patient and so friendly to each and every customer she helped! When it was our turn, 15 minutes later, knowing our services were going to take longer, Mansi still took her time and gave us 100% of her attention, no questions asked! Luckily, just a couple of minutes later, her coworker returned from what must’ve been her lunch hour and jumped into help. I was so impressed at Mansi‘s patience During what was clearly an overwhelming 20 minutes!! Mansi continued to help us..so friendly, knowledgeable, and again, her dedication to providing 100% customer service did not go unnoticed!! Thank you Mansi for everything today. It was truly a pleasure meeting you and working with you! We look forward to working with you again in the future at this location!! 😊

After paying they sent my envelope on a vacation across NJs post offices just for it to be sent right back to me. What was supposed to be a two day delivery turned into a twenty. USPS is a joke

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. That mail handler Latasha is the worst. I mean the rudest worst person you could think of. Why would they ever allow someone who treats the public so poorly. I waited in line saw her treat two customers before me so discourteously and hoped I would not get her. When I did from the jump she had an attitude over talking me anytime I tried to explain where the package was going and to whom. Please don't let this usps worker work with customers LATASHA is the worst.

Went to drop off my package for the self-service, The Dropbox handle was stuck. There was someone still in the office so I knocked on the door and tried to explain the situation. She just told me it was closed and then refused to acknowledge me.

Aside from the one older Asian woman that works there, no one else could bothered. You ask a question and they either don't know what you're talking about about, don't care to address what you need or feign ignorance so they can do as little as possible. Seriously, I wait in line for the counter after dropping off a prepaid package and the young black woman pretends not to see me. Before Christmas, two South Asian women were busy stocking (one behind the counter one in the lobby) and also couldn't answer my question after waiting in line. Fortunately I had a USPS agent on the phone and they couldn't blow off my question. The older Asian woman helped me both times after taking care of her customers as the other ones had no clue, and just said kept replying no even with the USPS rep on speakerphone! Those two, Lucky and the other woman, should definitely not be in customer service jobs.
Edit: packages here inevitably are delayed. I've sent packages from nearby offices and they are always on time regardless of the weather. Why does this regional centermisplace and delay packages brought directly to them?

Went in during the holidays, they had decorations outside and music blasting to pump you up. Everyone had dressed up and were also fully staffed. Though service did take awhile (the line was huge) they made sure everyone was helped before close. Keep it up everyone!

Had a pre paid shipping label in PDF format on my phone with barcode & QR code but unable to print it at home.. Lady behind counter got nasty with me and said they couldn't print it there and that I'd have to go to an office store and pay to have it printed. Meanwhile, you can order shipping here and they'll print your label, but can't print a label already paid for. This has to be the most archaic government agency in operation. Would give them 0 stars if I could
