Don't bother calling since no one picks up the phone during office hours. Voicemail is full so you can't leave messages either, packages are marked as delivered but really aren't. They have the audacity to mark my package as delivered at the post office at 7:20pm when it's closed lol. Managing staff should be fired for such embarrassing service over the years.

I was at my parents waiting for this package the driveway and mailbox and front porch were FULLY ACCESSIBLE in there neighborhood. I was outside setting up Christmas lights this person never came at 537pm and stated in the amazon tracking that none of these areas were accessible. LIAR and no one even showed up to there house at the time the comment was written either.

The phone voicemail mailbox of this Trenton US Postal Annex Carrier is always full, no one calls you back and it takes tens of attempts to try to get someone to pickup, if ever.Avoid getting anything through them and there's a good chance you will never get your shipped product if it's being routed from here.

If a package goes through Trenton, it will NOT meet the expected delivery date and will be late. This place is a black hole where packages sit for days.

they were very helpful the Supervisor and the mailman really helped me out. supervisor was concerned about the safety of her carriers and I respect that! by miscommunication i went there i did not know customers are not suppose to be there. but they truly helped me getting my package early because i was heading out of town. im really greatful to both!

Delivery update says the business is closed when I'm staying at a Marriott Hotel (open 24/7) one minute from the Post Office. Went to the post office at 2:30 pm, and the counter was closed when operating hours say they close at 3pm. This is a huge inconvenience for any traveler. I recommend nobody to ever use this Hamilton USPS at this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Package tracking said it's out for delivery and then at 2:30 suddenly says "held at post office at customer request". I didn't request anything. My carrier, who may be the only sane person at USPS does not have it in his truck. My local post office says they don't have it but that is MIGHT be at the annex on rt 130. MIGHT be. Newman runs this operation.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Every time I see that my package is coming out of this USPS, I know I'm not getting it. My packages are ALWAYS lost. Hate this place so much.
