I sent a package order last week, USPS charged for delivery of the package in 2 days, they delivered it after 5 days and they still broke everything in the package, a package that cost money, so they sent a letter to apologize, but sorry, will you be able to pay for the package?

This is the only post office I use in Trenton/Hamilton. Great location if you walk, bike, use public transit etc. Not the best for driving as the parking lot can get quite cramped.
Lines are usually long on Mondays and Fridays but staff are always super nice and helpful. You can drop off pre labeled items without waiting in line, which is what I usually do.
They do sometimes close before their listed hours, so try to arrive at least an hour before closing.
You should not use the blue box outside of the post office (on the sidewalk)- I lost about $200 of merchandise trying to ship small packages this way.

Bob was great! We came right before closing and I had never sent out certified mail so he assisted me in doing so and was super patient! Thanks Bob!

We mailed 3 bills at the corner of Hamilton Ave and S. Logan Ave mailbox on Dec. 1st. I don’t know if the Hamilton Ave PO handles this, but those creditors haven’t received them as of the 14th. Not the first time we’ve had mail mailed in Trenton that’s gone missing. Like another review said, should be and in fact is a crime to mess with people’s mail. Should at least be an investigation. Won’t ever drop a piece of mail in a Trenton mailbox again!

If a package goes through Trenton, it will NOT meet the expected delivery date and will be late. This place is a black hole where packagess sit for days.

Bottom of the barrel thieves. They steal and deliberately sabotage packages our of laziness. They frequently lie with allegations like Insufficient Address and the like to avoid delivering packages. Employees are incompetent. The only exception is the nice lady with dreadlocks. The post men are entitled and ignorant. Pitiful place. Usps is sewer level at this point. Disgusting. Should be a crime to continuously mess with people's mail.

I went to this post office this morning from 8:20am this morning the manager open the door when he was one hour and ten minutes late asking me why or you knocking the window after I was waiting for a 50 minute to here him tell me he not giving me a money order for $725 for knocking the door and he opening at 9:10am today date 12/8/22
