Every time I come here, there's a girl at the desk taking care of a line going out the door and a guy loudly taking personal calls on his phone while refusing to serve customers. Absolutely terrible. I'm usually met with an attitude as if I'm inconveniencing them by being there. I feel bad for the workers who are trying to do their job.

Rude disinterested and if they worked any slower they would be unconscious. A five minute visit actually ALWAYS takes thirty minutes. Expect a cue very similar to Great Adventure except when you finally end up at the head of this line, you just want to punch someone….
I would tell you to run to any other postal office facility, but these people would probably love that because then they don’t have to work at all!

Worst delivery branch in our area. Anytime our regular delivery carrier, who is wonderful, is on a different route or is off, her backups are terrible. I would give zero stars if possible. The backup carriers can’t or don’t read, and constantly place items in the wrong mailboxes, package lockers, and doorsteps, and it’s impossible to reach anyone on the phone, unlike at the closer branches who are also excellent. Go to another branch.

You should update your work hours. I visited this location on Saturday 3:30 pm and it was closed. Wasted my time.

Not true two hours of operation second time I’ve gotten here an hour before four and people coming out all pissed off because they decided to close early

The cashier gave me attitude because I wanted a receipt for the packages I was dropping off. She told me they no longer print receipts for drop off and this is the last time she’ll do it. So if someone steals my package I have no way of proving I dropped it off at the post office? How much sense does that make. Can’t wait for AI to take their jobs then they can company why they don’t have a job.

I had a positive experience at this USPS location. I stopped here early in the morning to mail a small package. The woman working at the counter was very friendly and personable, and apologized to me for the wait even though it was only a minute or two. She was very helpful with my questions as well.

They close early than their schedule, do not rely on the google fooling you that they are open. I drove long cause google say they are open. Closed sign was hanging on door

I always get any issue solved whenever I’m here and the process is pretty efficient. My only gripe is that this facility definitely needs to be remodeled.

0 stars. Came here at 3 with my package and bar code in hand ready to go. Employee “Z” ran in front of me to lock up early. Google says 4 pm and she was locking up at 3. When I asked her if she would let us slip in she replied “I’ve already let 3 people slip in. You should complain about me so that I can get more help around here”….. so here we are. I go to this post office often and this is not the first time that she was rude to me personally. Not cool.

It’s been a year and a half that I’ve lived here and still haven’t gotten my mailbox key….they keep telling me they don’t do it anymore but I’ve seen and SPOKEN to the mailwoman who has changed the locks for other people in the building…
Secondly, twice now a package has said delivered but was no where to be found. Definitely something fishy and possibly illegal going on at this location.

The tellers here are VERY ghetto and highly rude and ignorant. The guy with the dreads who is overweight gave me the nastiest sassy attitude when I asked him when was my package sent back to the seller. How does this location hire such ignorant rude disrespectful people like this? None of them who work at the front desk have good customer service AT ALL and do not care!!! None of them greet you when you come in and they have conversations right in front of your face not relating to the job and they are always on their phones and talk about customers as they are leaving! I’m questioning how these people were even hired and what was on their resumes!?!? Find another job if this job makes you this miserable where you are disrespectful to customers for NO REASON when we only ask a question! GHETTO!! The teller is lucky I kept my composure due to my sympathy for his low minimum wage job! DO BETTER AT THIS LOCATION OR HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE KIND AND ACTUALLY WANT TO DO THE JOB! If only I could give -0 stars and sadly this is the only closest location to my house!
