“Mike” on the phone from this Walgreen’s is truly AMAZING!
He was able to do wonderful things with me over the telephone. In ONE day, I got my eyedrops delivered to my house. He went out of his way to help me obtain these super expensive eye drops at no cost. What could be better?!!!

Finding the place for the first time was a nightmare. First of all, the address is completely misleading. It's located in a huge building on the corner of State St and Broad St. The address for the Walgreens is listed as 50 East State St but that's actually the entrance to the main building. The entrance to Walgreens in around the corner on Broad St.!?!?! What the hell is that?!?! Gee that's not confusing.? Then the entrance is this small door and the only indication that it's the Walgreens is this little, obscured banner attached to the lamp post in front of the store and a small, very faded sign above the door. It took me 20 minutes to find it and by the time I got there at 5:05, they had just closed. What pharmacy in a large city closes at 5pm?!?!

So impressed!! Worked what I consider a miracle for me to get my hard to find medication, along with a coupon that paid my copay!! Mike was beyond patient and helpful every step of the way. I can’t thank him enough!!

They are very snooty and not caring nor understand especially when it comes to children and psych medications and how important it is for them to do their jobs so when it's supposed to be ready all you have to do is go pick it up . But these girls act like they are too good to pick up a phone if there's an issue and will let it just sit even weeks at a time . They have disgusted me a few times with the judgement and need to act better then I would never go back here

I came into the pharmacy on Wednesday, September 1st. I was told my script would be filled the next day, and that i’d be able to come pick it up. I then get a text the next day that my prescription is delayed.I have tried to call the pharmacy multiple times since and they have not answered. I’m getting sick of the lack of communication as I need my prescription. This is very unprofessional of them.
