Alexander was a GOD SEND! We were on the phone with customer service for 2 hours and Alexander solved my problem in 3 minutes, no joke! Please go to this location and ask for Alexander! Thanks again Alexander!

We went into the Manahawkin store & were greeted by the 3 store associates . After explaining what we needed Alex & Tristen showed us the phones we were interested in & found the best plan for our needs . We were told about a few offers on phones, which we took advantage of . 1 of our phones were set up & the other was ordered . All 3 associates were very helpful in helping us make our decision & I would highly recommend this store to my friends & family .

I find buying a new smartphone a chore, disruptive and time consuming. To determine if yesterday would be the day to pursue an upgrade, I called ahead to inquire about monetary incentives, wait times and get a feel for who I’d be doing business with—as I know too well how a sales rep can make or break a positive experience. Peter is personable, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations with his customer service.

I spent over 20 hours from February on the phone with AT&T. I spent three hours yesterday in your AT&T store. Your gentleman was more than wonderful, but I went to the Apple Store afterwards. All I had to do was delete VPM and I happy not at all I was talking to buying a new phone, so now I have phone payments. I have wasted more than 30 hours of my life with very rude people on your end and all I got from was a $15 credit. You sent me a new phone I’m sending it back. I better be credited for that. No you’re lucky I’m still with you because no, I’m very unhappy. I spent over 30 hours of my life on a problem that all I had to do was delete VPN.
