“THIS bank is the GOAT especially JORDAN !!! They can NOT lose him !!! I opened up my account at this branch back in August and HE went above and beyond what was expected which is why I made SURE to come back for any big changes . So , I already new *I* was super impressed with how kind and friendly him and others had treated me then AND especially tonight- ~REALLY took the cake. They close normally on Mondays ( possibly all days not sure ) at 5 pm and I arrived around 4 pm nervously but no need which WAS a serious relief because that's customers number 1 reason for avoiding banks the very last hour YOU KNOW ~ when we ALL get OUT OF WORK ~ ,AnYwHo ~ because I was doing multiple transactions and it was a step by step process you can sometimes feel that icky energy iN places ~ BuT NoPE ! TheY are TRUE professionals from beginning to EnD , absolutely everyone I dealt with today was AWESOME! THEY also made sure to get me my very OWN checks , register , change some important info and a cashier's check They didn't rush me at all and thoroughly explained everything to ME with NO attitude whatsoever - absolutely NO DrAMA at this branch and it was EASY PeASy - you could also tell everyone got along with each other and that's an energy that's hard to fake , so keep it up Barnegat , Wells Fargo!!! I am SUPER IMPRESSED with YOUR CuSTOmER sErViCE and ThaTs ALL thaT mATTeRs NoW a DaYz tO kEEp OUR generations business”
“This location is the closest to where I live and I don’t have a problem driving to them. Very nice, clean and well put together branch. Michaela has helped my husband various times and I finally got to meet her today and now I see why he always schedules with her. Very kind, personable and welcoming. She even stayed an hour after they closed to finish helping us. Thanks for all the help and assistance.”

“Today I visited the Manahawkin Branch and had to sit down with someone for a complete separate transaction that also was a flawless interaction as it always is at this location. While minding my own business, I witnessed another customer being belligerent at the front desk with one of the tellers. Her name was Alexis Pinho (the teller) and she was amazing. This customer was clearly having a bad day and just felt like taking it out on whoever was in front of them. I highly doubt he’ll be so lucky and I have others he comes across today handle his poor demeanor with such grace as much as she did. She was kind and calm despite the disrespect he threw her way.. even when he caused a scene when she asked for his ID to withdraw money. She deserves acknowledgment. She is one of the many reasons I will continue to do business at this branch.”

I'm giving you 5 stars in advance.Fulton Bank, employees are very unpredictable and rude.Saturday 8/12/2023, 8am 9amI was parked at the front entrance Fulton Bank and wanted to be first in line to receive service to open up a savings account. A white Toyota pickup with female inside drove past my vehicle 3 times looking at me and parked at the corner of the bank parking lot. The female exits her vehicle and starts advancing towards my vehicle. The description of the female appears to be Caucasian female in a long thin black summer dress very low-cut neckline, glasses and black hair and iPhone in right hand with 3 cameras facing me. This estrange person reached my vehicle and lean over my front driver side windshield with her chest compressed on my windshield with her iPhone. I immediately roll down my window and asked how can I help you? The female stated, "you can't park her." I stated the bank opens at 9am and I'm waiting to open up a banking account. She licks her lips and says, "you can park around back." Her saying that made me feel what my parents went through. I asked who are you? The lady stated, "she is the bank supervisor and it's the bank policy, that she can't open the bank while I'm parked in front." I asked is it federal law? I'm not breaking any laws. She continued saying it's policy and that she is calling the Stafford Township Police Department and walked to a gray Honda sedan talking what appear to be an older Caucasian female. I waited 5 minutes and called myself as well due to noticing both female loudly making and speaking to 911 dispatch. 8 police vehicle showed up and the lady opened the bank 15 minutes before 9am. I will not go further in detail as to what happened after. However, I'm a African American male who just wanted to open up a Fulton Bank account because I was not happy with Bank Of America and I felt very nervous with anxiety as to what was going to happen to me when police showed up in force.Fulton Bank324 RT72 West Manahawkin, NJ 08050”
