I have never felt more valued as a customer than my engagement and account/coverage registration with State Farm and Natalia over the last three days. What started with coverage of an out of state property has ended with coverage of two homes and three vehicles with very good rates and exceptional service. Each time I needed a form, policy or document, Natalia was helpful, efficient and knowledgeable of the process and requirements.
