Since Pep Boys retail closed in Glassboro and I lost my contract there I've been using AZ. Went to the one on the Pike directly across from Fries Mill road. I walk in and I see one employee at the far end of the counter. As I get closer I see it's my contact from Pep Boys. As per usual he hooks me up. Even if he went there, AZ still hooks people up. I usually go to the one in Williamstown and they've always been helpful, but the other is closer to me.

Girl, that helped me was awesome. They greeted me when I came in and gave great customer service. Not typical of a big box auto parts store.

How can this place NOT properly train their employees!?? My husband called the Turnersville location in New Jersey a few days ago for a car part. The employee told him that the part Would have to be ordered and would be in on Friday. So my husband called earlier this morning and asked when the car part would be available for pick up at the store. The lady on the phone told him that it would be in probably later in the day. So, my husband called back in the early afternoon to get a status update on his order and got either the same woman from this morning (with a nasty attitude) that there is no such order was placed. My husband was furious! I heard him talking with the manager after all this nonsense happening, and then the Say to my husband, “that you didn’t buy the part here and it’s not under warranty.” Maybe if they train employees the first time the employee could have looked up my husbands car information/ in their system!Then the manager has audacity to say oh maybe try advanced auto parts. No compassion for their mess up!!!

The staff at this Auto Zone store go above and beyond to help you. My Duralast battery was bad and I only had it for 3 months. There was a warranty on it. The assistant manager Jakira came outside and took off the battery and replaced it with a new battery. She was very kind and courteous. I'll definitely be back if I ever need anything else for my ride.

Terrible terrible service. A few months ago, they installed the wrong battery in my vehicle and reversed the positive and negative cables and destroyed my fuse box so I had to get that replaced. Heck of a complimentary service. Then, yesterday, I order a replacement mirror for my wife’s car, they tell me it’ll be in by the end of the day. I stop in at the end of the day and they then say it’s coming from another store and it’ll be in by 9:30AM the next morning. I stop in the next morning and I get dumbfounded looks and “sorry, can’t help, you, I wasn’t here”. Then they advise me to go somewhere else and try to find it. Terrible service and business.

Ordered and paid for an upper radiator hose. They were supposed to call me to let me know it came in. No call so a day later I called and sure enough it came in the day before.I drive up there and say I’m here to pick up my upper radiator hose. Present the receipt. The female says to me “hold on let me get it for you.” She looks where they keep the ordered stuff behind the front counter and nothing. She then says “it’s here, I remember checking it in.” Proceeded to look everywhere for about 20 more minutes. Nothing.Since my time is money, I asked her to do me a favor. When you find the “lost” hose, have one of your drivers drop it off at my garage asap. I can’t wait any longer…already wasted a trip there and another half hour standing around.The reply was “sorry sir, we only deliver to commercial accounts, can’t drop it off at a residence or a garage.”See that’s where you’re wrong. Rule #1 customer is always right. Should have done whatever it took to get that hose to me. Ok, your policy is your policy. Make an exception and keep the customer. I’m all about principle!Well guess what? Now credit me for the hose, I want the money back and I’ll never buy anything again from Awfulzone.Walked out and called NAPA in Williamstown. Same price for upper hose and in stock. My mistake dealing with weekend warrior auto parts places. NAPA will get my business from now on.Is what it is. Keep hiring incompetent people and kids and this is what happens. Sad situation…
