Return Department manager or who ever was in charge that morning was very unprofessional. I bought a Dyna-Glo wall heater on a Friday night. Took out the box and mounting hardware wasn’t there. Brought back the next morning to exchange for one with the hardware in the box. But the way she was talking and treating me was very ignorant. And when I got back up to the desk with a new one. She basically was telling me I was wrong and it didn’t come with what I was talking about. So I had told her once we open this new one just let me take the bag of hardware and I’ll be on my way with my heater I bought last night. So she opens the new one and right there was the bag of hardware. So I’m pretty annoyed at the moment so I was like see that’s all I needed. I wasn’t being rude at all but she was 100 percent. Then she said “that’s all you needed was nuts and bolts”? So I told her I could’ve gotten the nuts and bolts I really just needed the spacers. The other lady working alongside her was very nice and professional once she seen I was correct. I even said again when the other lady was ringing me up “I’ll take my old heater back” and she was like no don’t worry about it.

Nov 2023 we made our purchase for the bundle of LG appliances( ya know the one where you don't know if the price is going up or down). It was delivered the 2nd week in December. WE WERE NEVER TOLD OF THEIR 30 DAY POLICY!! EVER! We did not have the appliances delivered into our home as we are remodeling the kitchen- The refrigerator did not fit in the trailer we got to hold these brand new appliances, so the delivery guys(driving a Lowe's delivery truck) took the fridge out of the box and thought they could get it to fit- it did not(too tall) so they brought in in our house, sat it in the corner of our dining room and there it sat(with packing material still on) until the the 6th of Jan. As I was taking the protective film off and removing packing foam on the outside & inside, I noticed damage to the corner of the freezer door. We drove to Lowes on Sunday and to speak to someone regarding the damage, instantly, the person said "its outside the 30 day" can't help! I asked for a manager and she/Michelle called and no-one came- she left us standing there for 20 minutes while she went looking for the "manager" she returns with the "ASM" who repeats the "policy" of 30 days. I specifically asked him if was the Asst. Store Manager and he claimed yes! He took my information and said that he would speak with the store manager and the store manager would call me on Wednesday- well, here we are, its Thursday, no call, nothing. I called to the store to get the Store Manager, and was told again, he wasn't there, asked for the ASM Dave and was told they didn't have a an ASM by the name of Dave, that his name was Will and that Dave the the Dept. manager of HARDWARE-asked for the Corp # to Lowe's and was given the wrong # twice-called another store- just to verify I wasn't being jerked around and was given a completely different number to Corp.! I pulled the Corp. # from the website, called and spoke to a "corp" customer service person to have her repeat their "30 day" policy. She took my complaints, clearly many at this point and said that she would forward to the Store Manager for him to reach out to me.. so here we sit- more days wasted- further and further away from the "30 day Policy" So word to the wise- don't buy your appliances from Lowe's if you can't open with 48 hours of receiving them- take pictures upon pictures- event he BOX- cause we have that game going- "how do we know we didn't get it delivered to us damaged" return, complain, whatever you need to do to within the 30 days- or simply, buy elsewhere, like it was suggested to us! JUST SEND US THE FREEZER DRAWER OF THE THE UNIT WE PURCHASED, WITHOUT DENTS,SCRATCHES OR DAMAGE- THAT'S ONLY FAIR! Now if there is a resolution that is satisfactory to ME, I will update this review- if not-THIS WILL STAY!

I love that they can look up my business credit card to make payment at the register. Unlike @homedepot they can only look up my personal credit card. Great job Lowe's with all your pro updates this year

Very upset didn’t take old refrigerator out, couldn’t set up ice maker don’t know what to do at this point now I have 2 refrigerators in my home. Had to put all stuff back in the old one. No one answering the phone

Great staff. Especially Ted F. in the electrical department. I asked for a very special light bulb for an appliance. Ted said he was with another customer but he would research and call me back. He followed through, even though they didn't have it, it saved me valuable electrician driving time.

Some of the most incompetent staff and worst business practices I’ve ever come across. I don’t know if it’s bad corporate policies or just poor implementation but unless you want to try and navigate prices and items yourself, go elsewhere. If you’re lucky enough to get a cashier, take photos of the tags of the items you’re trying to purchase (that’s literally what I was told I should have done). Then I was overcharged, told to go straight from the “1” open register to customer service to try and get a partial refund. Standing there in disbelief, I was told “hey, I’m just a cashier” and another employee stated “don’t look to me for help, I don’t start until 8” …as she shuffled in at 8:15. ? …do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere. Also loved how the manager acted like he was doing me the favor by giving me the overcharge back on my card. Do us all a favor and stop acting like the customers work for you, Lowe’s.

Third time in store with no one to check me out, forced to use self check out. This time half the self check out was closed no registers open and line with at least 20 people waiting. Two self check outs were red because people tried to check out but couldn't for some reason. The manager decided to ignore what was happening as multiple people where complaining and leaving. He just very slowly checked people out as the lady with one day experience could not unfreeze the check out. Finally made it to the one where she told me to go with several hundred dollar order to pay cash to find out it does not accept cash and she asked why did I go to that one then . Left the store with nothing as well as other people and went to Home Depot to buy the exact same products which was cheaper btw, and all 8 or so self check out where open and multiple staff asking if they needed them to check me out. Absolutely wonderful experience and I do not know why I ever decided to go to Lowe's after the first couple time of horrible customer service. To top it off tried to speak to manager and was hung up on multiple times through customer service and then wouldn't answer the phone and would let it ring. Will not shop at this lowes ever again, I will try lowes in sicklerville but if it's anything like this no more lowes.

Sabrina in Seasonal is an absolute blessing!!! Very professional and friendly. Helped me with not only getting the grill I wanted but helped me with her counterpart Angel load it into my car. Many of employees could learn from Sabrina. Absolutely incredible!!!

The delivery of our refrigerator was horrible. The delivery company damaged the wall taking out the old fridge and threatened not to bring in the new refrigerator b/c they wouldn’t accept responsibility. All we wanted was for them to take off the doors when bringing in the new fridge since this happened. We didn’t ask for money but their pride caused a disturbance in our home that was uncomfortable in front of our kids. At times it was beyond the tone we would ever allow in our home. Make matters worse, we couldn’t get not one supervisor from Lowe’s on the phone after several 30min attempts. The associate said it was nothing they could do about it since Lowe’s outsources delivery. Since Lowes can’t choose their vendors better, we will now take our business elsewhere. Unbelievable!
