“Today July 27th 2026 went into the Victra-Verizon store at Cooper Road and Route 73 in Voorhees, NJ. I was immediately greeted professionally and politely by Omar.
I had came from another location down the highway and was rudely treated, so that's why I came to Victra. Omar was so proficient, so courteous, friendly and just made us feel very comfortable. “I want to sincerely thank Ivan for helping me resolve a serious issue with my account. After my service was unexpectedly suspended without any prior warning, I was left stranded without navigation to get home. Ivan spent nearly four hours with me in the store working to correct the situation and undo the mistake caused by an employee at the Mt. Laurel branch.
For several months, I had unknowingly been paying for two lines, including one that was added to my account without my knowledge or consent. This issue began when I purchased a new iPhone in December 2025. At the time, I was led to believe I qualified for a trade-in promotion. However, the Mt. Laurel associate installed a dual SIM setup on my new phone, which appears to have made it look as though I was activating and using two separate new iPhones. I feel that I was misled during this transaction, possibly in an effort to complete a sale.
The financial burden, stress, and inconvenience this situation has caused over the past several months have been extremely upsetting and unacceptable. Despite this experience, I want to specifically recognize Ivan for his professionalism, patience, and dedication in helping me resolve the issue. He treated the situation seriously and worked hard to correct it.
I truly hope the promised credits are applied correctly over the coming months so I can finally be reimbursed for the charges I should never have incurred in the first place.”
“I had been sitting on a broken Xbox one s with a broken hdmi port for quite a long time when I happened to find the quick fix shop. I thought at first they only repaired cell phones but was overjoyed when I found out they repair gaming consoles too. The guys at the shop repaired it in such a timely matter. I was so happy to bring it home and power it back up again and it worked. I then had a software issue where the xbox wouldn't update. I tried everything I could on my own to get it to update to no avail. I called quick fix back up and they said to bring it in, they can fix it. I was so happy because my only other option was to send it to Microsoft for repair. The guys at the shop really helped me out and were so pleasant and friendly. They even were able to help me price out some prices for other repairs to electronics I have with no pressure at all. Highly recommend quick fix.”

“Greetings, My name is Valerie Chase I have been going to this Boost Mobil store since I purchased my phone which is a I phone 7 plus. I am from the old school generation in which phones were not a priority. Personal communication was the resolution to receive information. I still have this phone activated. When I have questions about why I am losing access to certain capabilities of what my phone USED to assist me with Abraham is Always there patiently trying to help me. He has verbalized that I definitely NEED to upgrade for my phone just doesn’t have the capabilities to keep up with obtaining Apps which are needed to have access to most benefits offered. I cringe at the thought of having to start over trying to figure out how to use my phone again. Abraham Understand this and so he is patiently waiting for me to finally wave the white flag, come on in and purchase an upgrade. He never turns me away when I come in for this I am pleased 😀. When I can afford to buy an upgrade you better believe that Abraham will be the one I purchase my phone from. I know for a fact that when I do I will be leaving Boost Mobile with the knowledge I need to operate it. I look forward to this day for I can see it coming soon. “What a day (three days actually)! After I switched my phone carrier I encountered a connection problem. After trying to resolve it with online agents, I finally went into a store for help. The assistant manager Brian C. came up to me immediately and asked how he could help me. I told him that I had no cell or text service. He was extremely patient with me and stayed with me the entire time, which was close to three and a half hours. He was relentless and just wouldn't give up. He figured it out and fixed it!! It was an unusual issue that shouldn't have occurred but he continued to narrow down the list of possible causes and did what tech support couldn't seem to do. Root cause analysis and logic works. Thanks again Brian. I highly recommend him.”
