I highly recommend Niagara for your hot tub purchase. We dealt with Louise who is extremely knowledgable on Jacuzzi hot tubs. She also communicates well and is responsive. Make this place your first stop when hot tub shopping.

First time customer here. Had water tested (free), and the young man was so knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't push their chemicals on me, like other places have. He printed out detailed instructions, chemicals, and amounts needed. Store is large, with geeat selections.
