“I have been going here for years, since back when they were at their old location. All my dogs love their cookies and their cakes, and you can tell the items are well made and made with love! When my elderly bichon would not eat anything else she would always eat their cookies, which would "get her juices flowing" and then inspire her to eat her regular food. I truly believe that by this they helped add several years to her life as she had chronic kidney disease and keeping her well fed with low protein foods was very important. (She was 18 when she passed.)”

“We went in for wild bird food, the prices are a little high but still competitive. They have more for cats than anywhere else we went. Got our kitty a toy and some food. Handicapped accessible, the store is bigger on the inside than what it looks like on the outside. We talked to the owner and he was very nice and helpful.”

“Brought my dog Luna there for the first time on Friday and I was incredibly happy with the results! We've had bad experiences at other groomers before, but I'm happy to say that Ali treated Luna with the utmost kindness and said that she was on her best behavior. I swear, she must be a dog whisperer. Luna also looks better than she has in ages. If you have a dog that tends to be a bit on the nervous side, this place is definitely a good pick. Will definitely be taking her there again.”

She was able to see our dog at short notice, was ready for us as soon as we walked in, and said that doing a full groom and nail trim was super easy with him so she must’ve done something right to keep him calm! “I went to this shop with my husband and my daughter in attempt to get some fishes. Our last (and first ever) Betta fish died after a few months and we were trying to understand why as we did everything that we have been told at another pet shop.The fish lady was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. She helped us so much during this process, didn't try to over sale anything that we didn't need, just explaining us taking her time and told us to come back once we set up everything correctly. I am so grateful for this lady who helped us without lying to get us to buy stuff. Will definitely only go to this shop for no on!!Refreshing!!”

Diamond dog food company donated some dog food to assist in the situation and I was told to go there and pick up the food. When I got there the employees were very empathetic and helpful”

“Every since I lost my first dog, Mr. Bello Bello, to cancer, I have been researching wellness for dogs and what to feed them. So when I adopted Soju and Jin from Korean K9, I wholeheartedly embraced their raw food diet. One of the brands they suggested was Volhard to mix in with the protein, and our dogs LOVE IT.I call it "seasoning" for the dogs since they can't get enough of the supplements and the veggie pack. Soju and Jin both are full of energy, their fur/coats look beautiful, and their vet commends their health :)On another note, on a recent order, UPS messed up the shipment and sent the order to my old address. I emailed Volhard and Brenda took care of me right away. She was able to file a claim and sent a new shipment to my current home. This level of customer service needs to be appreciated more because she didn't have to send a new order for me. We need to support brands like Volhard!”

“They always have friendly staff and a good selection. Not often when I go are shelves empty. I can find cat food brands and flavors that aren’t elsewhere. I also rescued a cat from them, as they partner with Voorhees Animal Shelter. It was an easy process, everyone was friendly and helpful. The Petsmart staff took good care of the cats that were there waiting to be adopted. 4 not 5 stars because some things like toys / accessories are pricey.”

“Store is easy to get to with plenty of parking. They welcome you bringing your pet. The facility is bright and clean. The staff always greet you as you come in and are always willing to help you.I don't know if PetSmart has any control of this with the economy the way it is but the dog is costly. It's not easy to simply switch off on your pet's food which could cause stomach sensitivity. Also just like humans we don't like to substitute our food. We don't like to give our pets a cheaper cost pet food because the one we're currently giving has risen price.”
