TERRIBLE SERVICE.My sister and I went to this Sephora on February 24th at 8:00 - 8:30 pm. I was looking forward to buying Fenty products but right when I walked in, nobody greeted us or asked if I needed anything. As I keeping looking for products in obviously need of help, no one still didn't care to see if I needed guidance. Instead they were just up on the register gossiping! I didn't catch names but it was a middle-aged woman with dark hair & an old man.Then right when I go to get ringed for my makeup, the old man says "I didn't know makeup cost this much! That's a lot". That comment made me uncomfortable and he proceeded to talk about how it costs too much. I just wanted to treat myself to new products and I felt judged for it.I was so excited going into Sephora and I left feeling very annoyed.Don't recommend this Sephora at all !!

Every time I frequent here it’s being burglarized-this is overwhelming and scary for customers. Sephora employees can’t count money, make orders at this location or help with products. I wanted to order perfum and was told “you can do that on your own phone.”

Whilst shopping I attempted to return an item that was irritating my skin. Admittedly, I did not have a receipt. Yes, it’s annoying BUT such is life… anyway, the rest of my experience was quite mixed and I felt two out of the four sales people I interacted with during my entire shopping experience were unnecessarily unwelcoming and rude in their facial expressions and tone when interacting with me. I was trying to be as sweet and polite as possible because I knew my request was probably going to be annoying to them, but that didn’t matter. Just annoying when you spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on skin care etc. and you’re treated like some kind of j****

First off, most Sephora products were out of stock. Asked about a certain Este Lauder foundation shade, and was told because it was Kohls, they don't carry every shade. But then again the clerk couldn't get her face out of texting on her phone long enough to check.First and last time shopping there.

Need to hire experienced people here. I don’t see this store lasting if they don’t. Asked if they carried a particular brand at that location and they said“I don’t know” and that I’ll have to check the store to see. Another time I asked about a product and I was told to read the box because they didn’t know anything about it. Can’t make this stuff up! Hire people that are experienced or have better training.

Honestly would never go to this sephora again. They are sephora but i was told i couldnt use a sephora gift card there because i did not buy it from kohls. Makes zero sense. I wont be returning.

Only 5 stars because of Mary B. She is an excellent asset to the store and always goes out of her way to make people feel welcome. She also tracks down products when others (stores) don't. She's fabulous and I'm very impressed with her work ethic. I live closer to another Kohls but find myself going out of my way to go here because of people like her. (Not that others at this store aren't great but I go straight to her line! Lol). Kohls Online ordering has episodes of bait and switch, not for me.
