“A while back, I was just looking for someone to do my daughter's oil change and I discovered Lou's Automotive Center as recommended through local FB groups.
They were great so I visited them again for two issues with my car. My car dealership quoted me almost $2000 to change my LED headlamp and I was devastated by the cost. Then I had an exhaust leak so I prepared for the worst.
I went to Lou's-lo and behold, it was not a $2000 replacement at all! Just a lightbulb replacement that was EXPONENTIALLY less money.
And then, instead of just repairing the exhaust leak (because I would have been none the wiser), they informed me there was an open recall and if I took it back to the dealer, I would likely get the repair for free-and I did!
So, they have a client for life now!”

“Full Circle Automotive is an absolutely outstanding company. This team is not only incredibly good at what they do—they run their business like a top-notch organization. They are efficient, responsive, professional, and clearly take tremendous pride in their work.
From the moment you contact them, they keep you informed. I especially appreciate how they use technology to communicate throughout the diagnostic and repair process, so you actually understand what they are finding, what needs to be done, and why.
But what impressed me most was the way they treated my son’s Jeep. Their number-one concern wasn’t simply getting the repair done—it was making sure my son was driving a safe and reliable vehicle. That level of care really means something to a parent.
They also refuse to cut corners. They don’t use inferior or cheap parts just to save a few dollars. They do everything at the highest level, and it shows in the quality of their work.
I live a little farther away, but I will gladly make the extra drive because Full Circle Automotive is the only shop I trust with my vehicles. That says everything.

“I was traveling from NY to DC to take my daughter to a concert. The dealership replaced my transmission recently but it started to overheat…I pulled over to get one of those free code checks at an AutoZone and a guy in there suggested I call Anthony and ask him what my issue was. After spending time on the phone with me, he said I can come down….. I still had to get to DC that night so I couldn’t actually get anything fixed so it’s not like Anthony was getting a job out of this call. He knew that and still told me to come by.
He came out, spent 20 minutes or so with me. He ran the codes, and even got under the car to look and tell me what to tell my dealership back home (they didn’t fix my issue the second time).
I offered him a few bucks to at least buy him lunch or something. He refused and just told me to drive safe and have fun at the show.
He didn’t have to do anything really. If I was an Eskimo and Anthony sold ice- I’d buy it from him. He explained more about transmission to me in 5 minutes than my dealership could figure out after 2 full service appointments.
I’m only bummed I don’t live anywhere near AC Transmissions because I’d go there for anything.
If you own a business, do yourself a favor and be like Anthony. My daughter even said when we pulled away, “he was nice”.

“I had my transmission blow out on my way to work one morning and once my insurance company finally towed it to West Deptford (11 hrs later, after they’d closed 😒) I got a call the next morning that they had identified the issue, and provided me a quote for the repair. The price was fair and in line with the market cost for the job. I was given an accurate timeline for the repair and the staff was friendly and attentive whenever I called to check in. I needed a full transmission rebuild, and they explained the root cause of the failure, why it needed a replacement and did not try to upsell me on anything other that what I needed to get driving again.
The team was so kind as to pick me up from a rental car agency the day my vehicle was fixed because I wasn’t able to get another ride to the shop.
Everyone I spoke to was kind, patient and honest. They understand that auto repair is something that no one plans for and no one is happy about, and displayed a great commitment to the craft and professionalism.”

“I was passing through town on a road trip when my car started making a rattling noise. I stopped at a gas station to see if I could figure it out myself when somebody told me this shop could take a look for me. The owner was able to get to me pretty and figured out it was just a loose heat shield. He got the work done quick and only charged me $20 for his time. Super good guy.”

“My Nissan Rogue's transmission failed after 127,000 miles. Towed car to Cottman Transmission and was greeted by a friendly staff. My questions were answered honestly and within a few hours I was given the news no owner wants - costs for a rebuilt transmission. After three days my car was ready, and I actually paid the amount I was told over the phone (no added fees - imagine that - lol). Although I have just gotten the car back so I don't have any long term experience with the rebuilt transmission but everything is good after 30 or so miles. I appreciate the honest answers I received from the owner. I will recommend them to anyone who needs transmission work.”

I called around and Sean was the ONLY person who tried to help so he worked me in around other customers. Day 1. Diagnosed and gave me an estimate. Day 2 dropped the transmission, ordered parts, prepped and cleaned for rebuild. Day 3. Complete rebuild of torque converted. I picked up the truck Wed afternoon. Crazy turn around time. When I called R&R Auto Bobby answered the phone and took the time to answer my questions and gather feedback about what I was experiencing and what may be the problem. I scheduled an appointment for a couple days later and am very satisfied with the service provided. One of the techs also helped me quote a new set of tires since mine were showing some age.
