I shopped here because I was in the area. This location was busy with a lot of stocking and workers filling online orders. The shelves were bare. I liked how they had a tasting station. I've never seen that in any Walmart that I've gone to. I doubt if I come back here.

I used the Walmart+ app to order food for delivery. Twice I've done it and twice the delivery has been delayed for hours or not at all!!! The first time I ordered items and i got it 6 hours later. The second time I ordered items, I waited all day and night and ever got it, the app kept showing delayed progress. The following day I STILL did not get the items and the app still showed delayed. I contacted Walmart customer service to find on their end it shows as delivered by Mercedes. Guess what Walmart, Mercedes did NOT deliver my groceries! She did NOT deliver the juices and snacks I ordered for my children. She stole my children's food. What kind of person does that? Kris from Walmart customer service was no help. She insisted my order was delivered despite no photo proof on Walmart or Mercede's end. I contacted the Turnersville Walmart and they were even less helpful! Josh could not confirm if the delivery was made only that it was retrieved from someone. He didn't even confirm it was Mercedes who picked it up!! I had to go through loops just to get to a supervisor for Walmart customer care to get my refund. Atrocious service!!! I will never use this app again!!!!

Online I ordered Robux for my little brother and it didn't come and then I seen that it was online. So I was like ok it says it sent me my email. So I looked and it wasn't there so I'm looking to see what email and it went to my old email that's not hooked up so I tried to change it and it said it had to be sent to that email for me to change it. So I spoke to a representative and they said they couldn't refund it so first it didn't cooperate but then it took my money too I will never do this again don't recommend the online services.

Turnersville store never has electric carts available. So this time I decided to just walk with my cane as we were only grabbing a few thing. So we noticed that what we needed was on the riser. So my husband was about to attempt to get it himself and I told him I would go find someone to get it dow. The 1 girl that looked to be picking groceries for customer pick up I asked if she could get someone to get it down. Pointed to another girl just pushing a cart around. So I get her attention and I say that we need someone to get something off the top for us in the juice aisle. She sees I have a cane and she says to me well you have to go up to the front and ask them up there. I said that I will just have my husband figure out how to get it down himself. So that is what he was going to do. Until a vender that was filling his product, was nice enough to get it down for us. Basically when you can actualLy find help. They pass the buck and no one wants to help. worst customer service I have had.

Always wondered why I could never get a parking spot close to the front. I get here before they open and notice all employee cars in parking lot are all in front parking by the doors clogging up parking lot for customers. That mixed with shitty service, no paper bags, being hounded at the door like a criminal and no more 24hrs wtf is the point of Walmart any more just shop from home.

Average trip to Walmart. It has a lot of stuff you'll need and don't need. The lines are sometimes way too long and so many waits especially around the customer service area. Nothing that stands out, nothing that horrible from this store.

Horrible service. We placed an online grocery order and when it was delivered a whole bags worth of items were missing and items were replaced with things we did not approve. Upon trying to call the store to rectify the situation, the store did not answer their phone for more than an hour. I had to drive to the store, which completely defeats the purpose of having the order delivered, so I think I was in the right when I asked for my delivery fee to be refunded as well. I was told that they cannot do that and that I would have to contact an 800 number to have that refunded. If I could give zero stars I would. Never order groceries online at Walmart.

There are never any shopping carts. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the cases are going up and you have to go out to parking lot and grab a cart someone just had their hands all over and you walk inside and all they have put for you to clean the carts are dry paper towels? It's honestly ridiculous.

Definitely the worst Walmart I have ever been too by far. I called regarding the Xbox Series X and the phone was not answered about 4-5 different times, but once they answered I was told by a man that I would be able to come into the store to purchase it and he recommended I camp outside. After many hours of camping outside they let us in the store and all of the employees had no idea that they were supposed to be selling the Xbox that day, even the manager on duty. I was then told that I was given false information on the phone and then they did not sell the Xbox to me. I found out several hours later that they had 9 of them in stock and I could have bought one but they sold out before I got the chance.

This location is ridiculous!! 45 minutes for online order pick up, I had to get three employees for help, and still took them 49 minutes to get my order. So sad they should be focusing on this a little more instead of having four customer service associates holding a counter down smh

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS WALMART Store # 03774 located in Williamstown New Jersey!! I just left here and as I'm leaving, with bags in my cart and a water cooler in my cart. I was stopped by a Walmart associate asking if she could see my receipt. I kindly told her "I don't want to show my receipt." Her reply to me was " That's fine, I'll just check the cameras!" ( in a smart attitude way) At that point I walked back into the store and requested to see a manager. A Manager approached me and I explained what had happened. Her reply was "Well she was just doing her job." I was taken back so I repeated what was said to me and she replied " Well its our policy." IT'S YOUR POLICY TO GET SMART WITH CUSTOMERS?!?!! I informed the manager that I will be calling Coperate, as I walk out the associate again gets smart with me, I tell her "I'm going to report this to Coperate and she grabs her name badge and tries to shove it in my face and say "Here is my name, make sure you spell it right!!!" I just got off the phone with the complaint department, will give updates as soon as they happen....

I swear they purposely make you wait at the Walmart pickup area for 3 hours they served other cars before me like every car and when I called 30 times they never answer fucking idiots
