I am very appreciative of this business.The service manager at our local dealership was not very forthcoming, refusing to tell me over the phone what a typical range was for replacement of an exhaust part (flex joint section) I knew needed replacing, instead insisting that they run it up on the hoist for $75 to tell me what I already knew. And to top it off, the dealer price of the part (from online research... the service manager would not tell me) was TRIPLE what Time sold it to me for. And as far as I can see, the material - 490 stainless - is the same, and looks completely OEM comparable.For anyone who can do these jobs themselves, pocket the $400 extra (that's what I estimate the dealership premium would have been) it would have cost you and take your significant other out to a five star restaurant. Dealership service departments are not in the business of charging fairly for repairs. They are the "convenience store" price gougers of the auto repair industry.Time not only sold me a well made part, but at a very reasonable price, with reasonable shipping and including the gaskets. The part was promptly shipped. I could not be any more satisfied.Update:Doing some additional inquiry, I discovered that the part alone from the dealer was in the thousand dollar range, and who knows how much they would have charged to install it. Wow, I knew a big part of the dealerships' bottom line was now more in the service department, not in sales, but this is ridiculous.

I went on line to order an muffler assembly kit and they sent me a skid plate. I'm very disappointed because I need the muffler assembly kit so I can drive my truck to work.

Got the right part but had to send it back because I didn't need it and then had to Chase them down for a refund it was sitting in there *********** for 4 days.

Ordered the expansion pipe for my vehicle, their image does not depict a bend in pipe. Pipe arrives has bend, not correct pipe. initiated return, somone there attempted to use my card for a purchase someplace else 6 times. It has taken from moment of return process 4 weeks, they refused to recieve the package from fedex for a week. Now they have their part back and I still have no refund much less "HASSLE FREE." These people need to be in Jail for fraud....

It's a busy little warehouse; the manager met me in the parking lot and directed me to the office. The salesman took care of me right away. While I waited, the manager came in to make sure I was being helped and told me if there were any problems with the part to bring it back for a refund. The salesman was polite and helpful, also. I was in an out in under 15 with my part which fit perfectly. What more?

Buyer beware! I was a return customer who purchased an exhaust package for the second round after five years. I had the local ***** Dealership install the system. ******** sent the wrong gaskets, and the dealership had to purchase the two incorrect gaskets costing $61.76. I called ******** and started to explain issue, but was interrupted and told all communication had to be by e-mail. So I e-mailed ******** and explain issue and sent copy of dealership's invoice, and requested reimbursement. First they said they needed pictures, then they apologized noting the copy of the invoice. ******** then ask what they could do for me and I replied that I requested a reimbursement of $61.76. Never heard back from them again and I sent 3 e-mails asking why they are not following through. This is how ******** treats their returning customers- ******! The muffler that was included in the package is all ready rusting away- all around entire muffler. If anyone reads this and still buys from this company, you only have yourself to blame, I tried to warn you."

Parts weren't even close to fitting my car, they're foreign and are not direct fit, now I have to send back on my dime. Spend the extra and get the correct parts. I could've gotten a Magnaflow exhaust for same price without the hassles of it not fitting.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.This company sent me the wrong parts and refuses to make it right. They want me to pay return shipping for their mistake! Not to mention if you search for any of these parts you can get them for about half what they are charging. Horrible experience. Their customer service is in the trash.

My parts got delivered to the wrong address in my city, to no one's fault other than fed ex...time auto was awesome about staying on top of fed ex and staying in contact with me to get my parts ...took longer then expected but once again all fed-ex...I definitely recommend them...thank you again time auto

Despite FedEx coming to deliver my parts 1 day later than scheduled, Time Auto Parts were very 1. Helpful and accessible (Example: I had a question about the shipment processing and sent an email after their work hours. The very next day they email me around 8:45-8:50am to answer my question.) 2. Made ready parts that were in excellent condition and fit to other parts (Example: My mechanic said he had a hard time removing my original exhaust system but was able to install the parts ( front pipe and exhaust system) easily. I bought the catalytic converter from another vendor, however, the front pipe matched seamlessly with the catalytic converter and then with the exhaust system. My Honda runs with more power, thankfully. 3. Professional (Example: I wasn't entirely patient waiting for the parts since FedEx was late and I emailed Time Auto about it but I was in the wrong and appreciate them for not getting provoked .)

Bought an exhaust system with multiple pieces that didnt fit eachother, even though it was guaranteed to fit. Also had many scratches and dents right out of the package

Made my Mustang and Jeep purr! Love it, thank you! Going to try and convince my friend to get one of those dual exhaust conversion kits for his truck, it'll give it a nice sound and look. ;)
