Both of my children attended to this day care for years! They treated them so well that they became family to me! I highly recommend it!

This place is definitely not sanitary .
Toys in the playground are all filthy you’ll never see them clean it off even after covid , the children play outside while the ladies are on their phones
Wouldn’t recommend this place bet there’s way better sanitized daycares

Pros: The location is convenient. 5 min to Garden State Pkwy 10-15 min from NJ TPKE. For preschoolers, this may be sufficient childcare since the majority enrolled are toddlers and not infants. The director is pleasant and very eager to work with parents. The staff is mostly spanish speaking which could be beneficial for your child to learn a second language.
Cons: It is not a new facility but adequately maintained. For babies however the care and communication skills are lacking. The director has good communication skills, kind and reassuring but she cannot be in the facility to oversee staff all the time. Staff is pleasant but seemingly inflexible. 4 child per 1 adult ratio...how many infants plus toddlers can one adult manage at one time? Yes it is doable but not practical for the skill set of current staff.
History: location had a couple of violations noted online but these were remedied in a timely manner according to reports.
Experience: It is a struggle for me as a parent to not feel frustrated when constantly receiving negative feedback about my infant. The delivery of concerns from staff has been awful it seems the head teacher is not trained on appropriate communication with parents. For the best resolve delivering information with gentle tongue is necessary. No parent wants to leave their child in care when negative feedback is a constant; as if your infant is a nuisance. It is a given, at just a few months old more detailed attention is required. Regular burping is a huge issue for the staff. On several occasions I have voiced suggestions (as to what works for me and my child) My suggestions have been met with combative demeanor and disregard. The issues brought to my attention are not experienced at home or when the baby is in care of other family members. Why is that? This leads me to believe the suggestions I have made fall on deaf ears. And/Or the staff schedule is not adequate coverage for proper care. The complaints received about my infant is a result of not being burped regularly or enough. When I reiterate the strategies which have worked for me it is bothersome. If the staff believes their personal experience overrides parents suggestions they will continue to do as they please. Every child is not the same. And commentary about ethnicity or personal life is not authorized. On several occassions my child had dry spit up in his hair. Because I had already had an issue with staff I did not bring it up with them but I did document every instance. It is evident they are not patient or equipped to work with infants. And after our disagreement about adequate care for my infant I felt my child was being targeted.
***UPDATE, found another childcare facility. Huge improvement. Communication is excellent, staff demonstrates appropriate concern and adequate care for children. I receive a daily report of my baby's activity. Communication is positive and cost is much more reasonable. Best decision I made for my child.
