Amazing Heroes is an incredible, old-school comic and collectables store that operates under the golden rule of 'what you give is what you get'. The store is bursting with great merchandise, overflowing with comic books, trading cards, figurines, statues, singles, trades, and omnibuses. It is like a trip down memory lane with an overwhelming selection and items you can't find anywhere else. The owner is fantastic, super nice, respectful, down to Earth, kind, real, and knowledgeable. He is quick with a joke or two, happy to help, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Customer service is great, especially for those who know only a little. Good people come to this place, where great conversations abound. It is a great place for comic artists and a gem of a shop where you can always find what you're looking for and leave satisfied. Customers definitely recommend a visit to this number one shop.
Been going here for years, mostly before they moved to this location. The owner is a swell guy: very amenable and knowledgeable. Good selection, especially his trades, but he's always had good TPBs. Parking is not great, but as I always say: it's Union.
