“Awesome stay and awesome staff.
This is my 6th stay in past 6 years and I enjoy everytime I come here. The only downside is that they’ve stopped serving morning breakfast.”

“This is the best apartment in town. It's new, clean, and very safe with 24/7 security service. They have plenty of guest parking. The apartment is new, spacious and has high quality appliances. The services, such as mail delivery or maintenance services are excellent. Most of the service requests are done on the same day. Very caring and professional office staff. I had a lot of difficulties in the beginning in the online application process, but Stiben, Lisa and Brittany made is so simple! I think the service Lisa and Stiben provides is exceptional. They are very professional and caring. We love this apartment mainly because of the security, cleanliness, maintenance and the office staff (Lisa and Stiben). They are the best!”

“I moved into the Meridia on December 15th, 2023.Jasper had and continues to be responsive and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and make accommodations where I needed them. I haven't been in contact with the rest of management so far, however both Juan and Darren from maintance have also been very helpful thus far.Pros:- I love the layout of my 1bed loft apartment. I am unsure of the square footage now, however the loft makes the ceilings huge and the space feels bigger because of it.- There is a big closet in the bedroom, which I very much need and appreciate; it was honestly one of the selling points of the apartment for me.- The apartment has clearly been deep cleaned before moving in & possibly even repainted. This was greatly appreciated; out of all the apartments I saw during my search, this one was one of the cleanest.Cons:- I'm not partial to the fragrances in the lobby. Jasper was kind enough to remove the two near my apartment.EDIT FEBRUARY 9TH 2024:Just wanted to make additional comments about my experience. I've had issues with the water heater since moving into the apartment; maintenance was super responsive in addressing servicing the issue. After a month and some visits, they have replaced the heater and it's amazing, !!Like mentioned before, the apartment is beautiful and I am really enjoying it.”

“My overall experience has been a very positive one. The grounds and outside area are always cleaned and maintained. Very safe environment. Fun events offered to the residents throughout the year. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Veronica, the property manager, is a gem! She is very attentive and cares about the residents and their pets in the village. Always willing to help! The only con is the parking.”

“Our 2/2 is super spacious with plenty of closets. The terrace faces NYC and the park, which creates a great space for outdoor seating and entertaining. The neighbors are pleasant and we have never had an issue or noise complaint. The location is PERFECT!!!For sure the building is dated and is in need of some updates, but overall, for the price we paid, we are super happy.”

“My husband and I have lived at this property for 3 years and have loved living here. The management was always very responsive and the Super Mike is excellent. Recently there was a change in management and there were some growing pains with unresponsiveness. Since October, there is now an onsite property manager Kemora and she is absolutely wonderful! She turned things completely around for us and helped resolve our issues and concerns. Thanks Kemora and Mike!”

“Great place. Timeka helps with anything and everything. Maintenance guy is always available. Can improve the security of the building a bit more. There is no other apartment complex as reasonably priced as this one in Harrison”

“Absolutely great experience at Park Square. Vanessa made sure we were taken care of and the apartment is great! Can't say enough about how wonderful and caring the service has been. We had a few issues in the kitchen and they were taken care of the same day. Friendly staff and residents. Only been here a few weeks and the care we have received has been exceptional. Great place to live.”

“FulyaCarlino is one of nicest people I’ve ever met. She is kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
I can’t say enough of nice things to describe how well she treated us. Whatever you pay her is not enough. She seems to have her hand on everything that comes her way. Fulya is definitely a keeper.

“I have only lived here for one month and I am very impressed by the maintenance department. The superintendent Matt has been so professional in helping me when I was overwhelmed with too many packages arriving at the same time during Christmas season. His caring for my situation at the time was impressive and so helpful.. I have also dealt with Richie who is in the maintenance department also. I had put in for a service call on my heater and I stated it was not an emergency yet Richie came to my apartment within an hour on a Friday evening to correct the situation because as he said to me “ I didn’t want you to wait because it’s cold outside”. These two men are a great asset here at Meridia which makes me very comfortable living here. It is unusual to find such immediate attention to maintenance issues. I would highly recommend this apartment Complex to everyone. In addition to maintenance I have found everyone working here has always greeted me with a smile. I am very happy living here.”

“Love living here, we moved in August and we couldn’t be happier about our choice. The location, units, and having Whole Foods in the lobby are excellent factors but it’s the people here who really make this place shine. Jamal, the building manager, is extremely hard working and responsive. The engineering staff, Hakim + Adam are very intelligent, quick to sort out any problems, and very trustworthy. The housekeeping staff is great, there’s an elderly gentleman who’s always diligently cleaning (I’m kicking myself for forgetting his name). The entire security team is outstanding, special shout out to Reggie who always has a kind word to say but truly they’re all fantastic. The head security guard (he’s more frequently toward the Whole Foods end) is very astute, friendly, and does his job extremely well. The parking manager Joseph Navarro is also very helpful and friendly. The building is lucky to have such a great staff because that’s a huge part of what makes living here feel like a safe happy home.”

“This is a re-submit of old review.Currently, I have been dealing with an individual landlord who rents mortgaged houses to pay back on them. And I'd say that experience was horrible, and these guys are quite competent & resourceful compared to individual landlords.Despite the old age of building, this place has a very open layout; you won't find that kind of feature on comparative homes, probably apartments (apart from the sister apartment near the cathedral, but ive heard horror stories).Depending on the apartment, you also get a very good view. Again, for quite affordable cost.If there were to be downsides, it would be prevalence of crimes happening near the area, which was primary reason Id had to leave because of my property that I parked outside (it was a motorcycle i was building) stolen. But the tradeoff here would be the location of apartment, since it's pretty much on central of newark & highway entrances.Moreover, the laundry machines were often out of service; im not sure if that's still the case. Unfortunately, since those machines are often maintained with service contract, it's probably out of control for them to maintain these on their own. I'd just use the nearby laundromat.If you are reading this, Nadia:Thank you for your good work.”

“I’m very excited to write a review about this complex. This is my first time living alone and I must say it’s been amazing and the transition into the apartment has been so smooth. The maintenance crew has very very helpful and responsive. John one of the supers at the complex has been so nice and helpful whenever I call him for any work. He is always available and friendly regardless if he’s working or off since he lives on site. The complex is clean and the neighbors are very friendly. The officer manager is very nice and easy to talk to as well. It’s been a pleasure to live here!”

“Disregard any negative reviews about the Murray Hill Apartments. When the time came to look for a new apartment I heard so many horror stories about property management companies and managers. The Murray Hill Apartments feature the opposite of all that. Tuli Reality was always extremely responsive and took action whenever something was needed. In addition the onsite team of Mike and his guys couldn't have been more nice, understanding, and responsive whenever there was an issue. The apartments are located in a great suburban neighborhood with NJ Transit trains to NYC right across the street. For the price, the apartments are a great deal for anyone.”

“It's a very clean and maintained building. The residing superintendent is great at repairs around the perimeters of the three buildings in Hackensack on Anderson Street and inside residents apartments. It a very quite and lovely area with several restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the NJ transit station and bus to NYC all in the same area. And the people are friendly.”

“One of architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's masterworks hidden in plain sight in Newark NJ. Construction started in 1958 and the building opened in 1960. Lovely Miesian exterior in beautiful setting close to Branch Brook Park. It would be great to see the building being restored to its former architectural glory. The nearby Pavilion Towers were also designed by Mies van der Rohe (1886-1969) and offer the opportunity to see three original Mies buildings in close proximity.”
