TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERIBBLE!!!!
I just paid $42 for the worst pedicure of my life!!!
How the hell is my toe flimsy before i made it to my car. The lady at chair #3 Natalie did my feet and she was awful. It seemed as if she was practicing on me. Filing, clipping and paint job was SLOPPY! and my toes are all uneven. I was supposed to get a French and she tried it and the line was uneven i told her to just give me regular paint and call it a day. First and last time here & I’m disgusted.

Horrible experience!! Digging in my toenails til they bled. Unsanitary conditions as well as reusing files nippers etc without sanitizing. Pay more and don’t risk your nails!

The owner Yolanda is unprofessional. She isn’t true about her appointments. 9:30
I have been at the door wasn’t let in until 9:45. Beyond disappointed after going for three years and wasn’t late yer she allowed something to take my place yet try to see who else was available or later in the day.The policy is after 10 minutes late you’re cancelled She wasn’t even accommodating snd dismissive about the whole situation. It’s about the money to her not about being fair to a loyal customer. They are many nail salons here. Having grown up here. I have never cancelled an appointment the same day or have ever cancelled one. Will no longer waste my money with her. 0ne star because it wouldn’t allow me to post without one. Zero stars The employees are more honorable!

Not much of an experience. A little old and outdated. They do basic nails and that’s it. Manage your expectations if you decide to go here. The nail techs are not friendly but they aren’t rude. If you are looking for anything else than a basic fill-in and polish, this is not the place for you.

My mom and I were recommended to Ariel nails by one of her good friends & I’m so grateful for it! Our technicians were Blanca & Diana & they have done a wonderful job on our nails. We will definitely make it a regular to come back for our touchups ?

If I can give a 0 I would . Worst customer service .They give appointment and then you have to wait for an hour and a half to get your nails fixed which was chipping polish in 3 days for which u paid $120 . after calling them to make sure the lady has the time, they said yes and I waited an hour and the owner said can’t do anything . Never do it with Carmen becoz she has no time and she treats ppl who don’t speak Spanish rudely and does not even acknowledge. When I spoke to the owner Yolanda on the phone , she said you have to wait nothing can be done when Carmen could have taken me between clients as I was already there before time. Finally when Carmen took me after waiting for long , she scarped my skin and blood was coming out , when I asked her cotton she said later and kept working, no sense and I had to grab her dirty cloth to wipe off my blood. This was horrible and def my last time at the salon, save yourself and find another manicurist.

Worst nail salon in the state of New Jersey … save your money . Set an appointment for 11:30 and told me I couldn’t be seen until 2 after I’ve arrived. They’ll literally never see me again

Maria 1 does excellent nails but they are unorganized with appointments and always booking appointments wrong and have to wait but once you late they gonna cancel your appointment! I see why they not getting business like beforeService: Manicure
