Beware of this AT&T store. I helped my parents upgrade their phones and found on our next bill a Next Up charge was added that we never asked for. Pay attention to your bill if you shopped here and take your business elsewhere. Really sketchy.

Be very careful when going to this store, I wish I could give it negative stars! I went to this store back in April to change my son's screen protector and the person that helped me add it a ghost line to my plan without my authorization, since we have automatic payments we didn't pay attention to the bill until now, we have been paying close to $50 extra for this for the past 5 months, and it seems like is a trend they follow, when I went there a customer was extremely upset, she had an extra $600 in her bill and had no idea what had been added to her account.

Sales person upsell me accessories supposedly with promotion as free none of that was true. My bill was so high and they’re not willing to help me or fix the issue. They sold me an iPad and they told me it was supposed to be free and I had to witness next to me, witness her please don’t go to the store because they will sell you the world and everything. They tell you as promotion is fake. It’s a lie. The manager at the store is not willing to help all the here. I’m sorry I can’t help you please don’t fall in that game , they’re a bunch of liars and I’ve been waiting for a phone call from them and none of that happens Please be careful

Subject: Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service at AT&T
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at an AT&T store in June. I switched from T-Mobile due to pricing issues, and the Store Manager assured me that the pricing would be a little over $200. Based on this information, I agreed to switch and turned in all of my already paid phones for new lines.
From the very first day, there were issues with connecting our iWatches, which persisted for weeks. Additionally, the phones we were sold were never registered correctly, and some of the SIM cards could not be connected. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, the service remained subpar.
To make matters worse, I recently discovered that my bill is now $600 a month, and over $1,000 has been debited from my account. This is far beyond what was initially promised. It is clear that AT&T prioritizes selling their lines and products over providing honest and reliable service. Once they secure a sale, they show no interest in addressing customer complaints.
I am extremely disappointed with AT&T’s deceptive practices and lack of customer care. I hope that the BBB will take appropriate action to address these issues and prevent other customers from experiencing similar problems.

I went into ATT Morris Ave location to upgrade my iPhone. I am a senior citizen so even though I'm pretty good with technology, most young people know a lot more than I do. Having said this, my sales person was William McPherson (hope he doesn't mind me using his entire name); I could not have gotten a more knowledgeable, honest and patient person to assist me. I tell you know lie, I left the store and came back in at least twice with questions and William was not only happy to answer my questions but he also came out with me to my car to show a hidden charger plug that I didn't even know was there. But the most outstanding thing that he did was to give me his personal USBC charger for iPhones so that I could connect my new phone to Apple Car Play (the store was out of those chargers).
I don't know if upper management reads these reviews but if they do, William should get a bonus. He went above and beyond with me and I can not say how much I appreciated his patience and help.

William was so kind and responsive. I came in looking for just a phone I was able to get a tablet and a watch. I saw bad reviews, so I decided to call and check my price was right. Everything told to me was real. I am overjoyed to have my service with At&T. Way BETTER than T-Mobile. Will recommend their team to everyone???

Fred L is the absolute best! He’s very warm and welcoming and takes the time to solve your issue and go above and beyond to help however he can. I spent hoursss in the store getting setup with a new phone and he gave this same experience and kindness to everyone that came into the store. Thank you Fred!

I had a terrible experience, I went to open an account and buy an iPhone 14, they checked my credit, everything went well and in the end they didn't have the iPhone 14 I spent 2 hours for nothing. They told me to come back the next day... when I came back , the assistant manager was rude and had terrible service so I decided to buy my iPhone with a another company.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is the WORST store I've ever been in. I used to be a rep a few years back and this store hands down ABSOLUTELY sucks!! I went in to get a new line. William ( I don't know how he still has a job) came out with a phone started a new line, not telling me the rate plan or breakdown. Just threw a number out there THEN left in the middle of the sale. Handed it off to another rep who went in the back for 24 minutes until I had to knock on the back door so he could finish. He gave me no paperwork, no receipt. I returned the phone and Will said if I could keep it because it hurts his numbers. I asked him to send me confirmation that the line was canceled and his response was "I dont know how to do that" are you kidding me!?! Then AFTER I left I called customer service to make sure the line was canceled and it wasn't. I advise.. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! This is the reason why authorized retailers have this reputation!! Will is a liar and just takes advantage of customers its disrespectful!!
